Dr Sneha Ji,Thank you very much for your guidance, cooperation and support during my treatment days at Sri Sri Ayurvedic Hospital during 15th to 24 th Sept 2021.I really appreciate your dedication and commitment towards this profession. You have great ability to work on patient mentality and according provide healing treatment. I also want to mention and appreciate about your leadership approach to work calmly with patients, your staff as well as other service associates to achieve great results. You are really good doctor and above that are great person.I m sure naturopathy dept under your leadership will have better days and will grow by leaps and bounds.Your team is superb. Dr Vikasini is highly effective individual and really doing marvellous job. Therapist like Aroop, Jay are extremely good and are true asset for dept. Had few interactions with Dr Himanshi and she is adding value to this team.Overall I am truely satisfied with naturopathy ways to heal the patients and you all are doing great work to offer teachings for better and healthy ways to live life. Personally my issue with frozen shoulder, vertigo and weight management resolved to greater extent and happy with outcome.Thank you once again!Areas for improvement would be diet section. Overall quality of food and service is really disturbing and need to look deeply to overcome shortcomings in this area.General housekeeping is good however periodic technical/ maintenance as well as hygiene audit will help to reduce surprises and will have better visible outcome in these areas.Have a nice days and God bless you and your team! I am 60 year old retired physician having gastritis problem. I consulted Dr. Vikasini, Naturopathy doctor. She advised me detox therapy (digestive tract was cleansed by oral laxatives), vamana kriya (toxins were removed by vomiting) and colon hydrotherapy (used a machine to clean the large intestine). These 3 therapies helped cleansing of my alimentary canal. She is very kind hearted and has lots of patience. Therapists and staff are very helpful. It was a homely atmosphere for the entire 10 days. I would really like thank her from bottom of my heart.

I am a 63 year old retired lecturer and I have been having Parkinsons since 10 years. My daily activities were becoming slow day by day. I met Dr. Gopal krishna, who is in charge of Kayachikitsa and he advised me to get admited for Panchakarma treatment. I stayed in the hospital for 10 days. Everyday the therapists used to do oil massage and give me medicines. My body movements improved dramatically. I thank Dr. Gopal Krishna and his team for the treatment. The hospital rooms were clean and tidy. I didnt feel like staying in a hospital. The staff were friendly and made me feel homely. I thank the staff wholeheartedly

Worst possible ayurvedic hospital one can go. Doctors are least bothered about the Patient. They dont even listen to the problem properly. They dont clear any doubts. Rude behavior by the pharmacy and staff. Doctors if they find patients from there states they start chatting with them for hours together without bother about other patients. Total waste of time and money.

Excellent Doctor in Dr Sneha Nagilla, Naturopathy. Id like to share some background and details below.I had been suffering from heaviness in the ear, burning in the stomach with long noisy burps, absolute exhaustion to the extent that at times I thought Id collapse. I had complete lack of appetite and could barely eat anything. I couldnt do any work as the heaviness in the ear would increase to such an extent that I felt my head was getting stretched and it would explode.I consulted various allopathy doctors from a general physician, to an ENT specialist and then a gastroenterologist. They gave me antibiotics for sinus and antacid for acidity. They asked me to get various tests done and all tests showed normal. None could diagnose the problem and my suffering worsened.I then consulted Dr Sneha Nagilla, Naturopathy in Sri Sri Ayurveda Hospital as I didnt want to medicate myself anymore. She heard my symptoms, checked my pulse, tongue etc and instantly diagnosed the problem accurately as overheating of the body. She also spent time to discuss in detail any other history of issues in the past. She explained clearly as to how overheating of the body could possibly have occurred and resulted in these symptoms. She suggested a suitable diet, yoga and some therapies. Within 10days I was feeling 50% better, was able to do my work to a great extent.Dr Snehas very focussed, very knowledgeable and skilful and super positive. She goes into the details of issues and provides very effective, holistic, personalised, medicine free treatment.Dr Sneha has a wonderful team in Dr Vikasini and other support staff. Dr Sneha and Dr Vikasini provide personalised yoga therapy which is helpful.I am grateful to Sri Sri Ravishankar hospital for making naturopathy therapy from excellent Doctors like Dr Sneha Nagilla available to everyone.Thank you againGeetha

The great Sri Sri Ravishankar ji has built this hospital with a sincere intention of service to humanity. Most of the doctors/nurses here are good and humble. But the ground staff are unto themselves. It might never have come to the notice of The great Guruji .Besides, inside walls of room no.14,in second floor of the hospital developed several wall cracks which needs immediate attention of a civil maintenance people lest, this building built with right intentions may not last for long.By a well wisher.

Sri Sri Ayurveda has a good intention behind it, but please do your research and double-check with another doctor before proceeding with their treatment, especially in specialist treatment.Their diagnoses are not accurate in some cases. The doctors can also communicate better with patients, I feel. I went there for a knee injury. The doctor I saw casually said this is a ligament tear and prescribed a ghee that I needed to take in milk for it. Although the ghee helped with my overall bone & muscle strength, it didnt actually resolve the issue. Later in Chennai I went to a sports physician and there learned that ligament tear is a HUGE deal, and I wouldnt even be walking if I had that. They did therapeutic massage and had me exercise, and now I am well.Overall however, a very good hospital to improve your basic health. No doubt about that.

I came here to mainly get panchakarma treatments to get relaxed from a stressful busy life which had given me lifestyle related gastritis illness. But the experience here was more stressful.*most the staffs work like a typical Govt office employees. If you pursuade more they just tell they will do their work. No supervision is present about how the things are getting managed. People are in a hurry to leave once their shift gets over. There are few dedicated staff and good doctors.. they end up becoming overburdened..* Keep passing the files from a department to department..and by the time it reaches concerned person..File aaya? Ni aaya.. abhi aaya? Ni aaya...The main entrance board says right to information on patients own records and reports. But these people dont even give your own file to your hands. Unless you strongly insist.*Doctors availability is a mistery..Sunday is holiday for illness.Got admitted on Friday afternoon.. consulted with a doctor and doctor is seen only next day..And the day next to it this happens..Doctor aaya..? Ayega.. abhi aaya? Ni aaj Sunday h doctor Ni ayega..due to mis diagnosis I had to sleep with side effect and no doctor was available for clarification on Sunday though you are an admitted patient..On Monday we searched for doctor, nurse contacted the department , I contacted the relevant opd department they said he will come.. we finally had to ask main central reception. And suddenly I came to know on Monday that doctor is on opd for Friday only..Even the staff doesnt know who is available or when they are available..*medicines Lost in the chaos..Only one or two person manages pharmacy delivery to ward patients for the entire hospital of more than 200 beds..- Doctor at 10am: yeh medicine khane se pehle Lena h..At 12 pm.. Ward ka Room ko Medicine aaya? Ni aaya ayega.. 12.30 khana aagya.. abhi bhi medicine Ni aaya..nurse ke peche bago.. aur fir pharmacy ko bhago..*Lack of communication, co-ordination and information exchange..Doctor prescribed medicines on Friday afternoon and asks to admit.next day morning doctor asks patient how r u? r u taking medicines? And he is shocked to hear I havent got medicines. It turns out the information regarding required department was not even passed to pharmacy..The information got lost during the duty shift change between ward nurses during evening..*Lack of conveying right and complete information about panchakarma treatments..what to expect from each of the treatment..Treatment horaha h..? Kuch tho horaha h.. kis Chez keliye Ni patha h..*Blood test report took more than 24 hrs..Doctor had to wait for information of blood test for more than 24 hrs in order to prescribe treatments for a person who had already admitted..* At last I had to sign the patient consent form that I agree to the fact that I have been informed properly about the treatment was done when I was getting discharged. I did it anyway coz I didnt want to waste my time and delay my discharge process.Your experience can be good if you come here looking for a specific doctor. As there are some really good doctors. And you have enough time and patience to deal with delays. And may be also if you are lucky.

Badly run, rampantly lackadaisical, gouges westerners. Beware!1. Patient information: 1/10Guests are given no information about treatments or any other aspect of stay (schedule, before/after self-care. My suggestion, provide a comprehensive information sheet: About panchakarma and expected reactions and symptoms, pre and post instructions should be issued before booking in a patient. A few times I was told what to do or not to do, after the fact, like not napping when doing panchkarma.Patients should be provided with a list of items they will need during their stay: beanie, shawl, yoga mat, etc.2. Patient care: 1/10 - Ayurveda is approached as symptomatology rather than from traditional wisdom based approach. The ’doctor’ never even took my pulse or provided information to me about my diagnosis or what to expect from treatments. A shambles.3. Environmental protection - 0/10 SHAME ON YOU!Towels and sheets were changed daily unnecessarily. Notices should be put up about changing towels and sheets so it is not automatic.Excessive use of one time use plastics: I was given a plastic spoon with meals and soups—5 spoons per day. Plastic spoons should be replaced by metal or bamboo. I was given a case of plastic water bottles but there are water fountains on each floor. Rooms should have water jugs in rooms, not plastic water bottles. My bin bag was changed every day even if only one item like a piece of paper was in the bin. PLASTIC! PLASTIC! PLASTIC! Shame on you!Water waste: Plenty of water leaks in the plumbing throughout the property. One would expect a lot more from an organisation that is presided by a spiritual guru.4. Infrastructure: 2/10 - Extremely lackadaisical infrastructure, The staff are focused on tasks, not people. organisation-centric. An important part of healing is relationship. There was total negligence of the human element.5. 4/10- Maintenance: I reported a food spill on the landing that looked quite slippery, the next morning, it was still there. I requested ironing four times over three days before someone came.6. Food: 2/10 - Food was mostly cold, not balanced and served at random times. One day I was given white rice and dal for both lunch and dinner. Another day dal and khichdi. No vegetables. Another day I got white rice and vegetables twice, no protein. It was nonsensical. Total neglect. I was starving most of the time even though I am a light eater. My diet was changed on day 3 with no explanation.7. Lack of exercise - I was shown yoga on day 2 or 3 but never received instructions that were promised.8. Pricing and transparency:Prices were 50% more than quoted to me upon arrival. This is unacceptable. My Indian friends tell me I got gouged. On the positive side:9. Treatments are mostly very good.10. The setting is amazing and healing in and of itself. The grounds are nicely kept. The night club on Friday and Saturday nights is a bit of a challenge.11. The rooms are pleasant, clean and spacious. In summary, the negatives detracted from the well-being I was seeking. I would recommend a lot of rerhinking in terms of patient experience and basically a lot of changes are needed before I would consider revisiting or recommending Sri Sri Ayurveda Hospital.

Sri sri ayurveda is the best. I have tried therapies at many other places but doctors take it seriously here. Just that the patients have to follow the instructions strictly for good results. You might have to bear with the not so professional attitude of staff and run post to pillar to get thru ur treatments but its worth it. I took panchkarma detoxification programm from SSAH and it really improved my digestion, sleep, hair and skin nourishment I also had severe shoulder and neck pain for 5 yrs (Thanks to my laptop bag). With just five sessions the deep seated pain in my right shoulder has just vanished. This worked wonderfully on me and i have decided to switch to ayurvedic remedies for any health issues. Thank you Sri Sri Ayurveda for making me aware of such wonderful ancient ayurveda wisdom. Thank you Dr. Seema.
