Studied B.sc Visual there and its peak of badest place I have ever seen in my entire life... All They want is MONEY. Good Faculties are never stayed there for a long. All the faculties just coming for like an internship and going ASAP. I have wasted my 3 years of degree over there... If anyone is watching this review I am requesting and begging DONT EVER TAKE ADMISSION IN THIS COLLEGE. Its the real Hell because they will torcher you simply... And the worst management I have ever seen. Take it if you want... I dont want to give stars but i didnt have any choice giving 1...

The college provides us enough support and encourage us to take part in various events throughout the course duration. The environment is very nice and we have various platform to showcase our works and talents. The conducting of cultural fest and co curricular activities happens in the best manner possible. The college conducts various events that helps the students to interact with the various other department. The college has a very good environment for working. The college conducts a fest called Miraki once in a year tthatallows students to take responsibilities and understand the values of it.

Im Aswin student of photography .Before joining college I dont know much about photography only had passion for it.After joining college explored many genres of photography learned many new things like Tethered photography inside studio and how to take dramatic pictures and we will also be having guest lecture once in month and even college was arranging for internship and to assist top photographers in the market.got to meet and become friends with many talented budding photographers.

I have gone through a lot of experiences in this three years. Icat has one of the best cultural event called miraki and there are lot of cultural festivals celebrated in college. As a student I have gained a lot of knowledge from the faculty. The faculty are very experienced. As a VFX student Icat has a good infrastructure for VFX. In Icat we have a opportunity to make a documentary on some beautiful places in India. Where we can go with the faculty and students and will gather lot of information. Icat brings industry people to college for seminars.

Ive completed my B.sc. GAME DESIGN in ICAT Bangalore at 2015th batch ..its an wonderful experience cause its gave me alot. It has engraved and developed my skills.my college has created more opportunities to increase my skill capacity by giving more competitive works and tasks.they are allowing us to go all fest and competition conducted by other colleges.it makes me to win alot.once Ive placed a national 2nd for potrait drawing.ICAT faculties are very caring they will help students to develop their skills and good friendly staffs. #weloveICAT❤️

#SCAM college..no proper teacher..worst management facility.They dont even provide the necessary study materials and exam questions are always out of syllabus..not even a single company/reqruiter I saw in my 3 years of college..hopeless faculty..if one is willing to pay some 4-5 lacs rupees just to waste 3 years of time then only he/she should join this TRASH CAN. Placements : I am an ex student of ICAT Bangalore Campus, and the best coaching is given here. It is the best college in India.The faculty here have the good practical knowledge, so they are too helpful for us to acquire knowledge. The admission here is worth.Infrastructure : The college has good infrastructure and great courses. It is particularly made for these courses. There are BEAG faculty members, and full of practical work is done here. It is the best college for media studies.Faculty : The college has the best faculty. The practical work is given more importance. It is the best college for animation, best one in India and offers specialized courses. It has good infrastructure and faculty. The crowd here is good, and people from different states study here.

This place is a waste of money. No one is punctual. They take all your ORIGINAL certificates and then make you run around like dogs to collect your OWN certificate back. the Teachers are nice but the management... God forbid anyone has to ever deal with them. Mustafa sir(Admin incharge) of Bengaluru branch of iCAT is the definition of unprofessional behavior - never coordinates with parents and always keeps them waiting and then gives lame excuses. Honestly, grade three kids give better excuses for not doing homework than he does for not doing his job. There is a reason why all the good teachers left this place- mismanagement. Trust me, if you are reading this, it is a warning from the universe- Dont join. They dont care about students. I am giving one star because of Lokeshwari maam(career/student coordinator) because she is the ONLY professional and responsible person in the WHOLE Building. Honestly, she deserves a raise. Otherwise my ratings would be -5 .

Only one thing Im going to say, is if you are passionate enough about creative work, you yourself have to explore new things, and staff will be there for you always to help you with your questions. If youre thinking to join here because of the half day college, and enjoying life, then this is probably not for you. Campus is good. Staff is friendly.

I am student of Fashion department, 3rd year. My first and second year was not good as I expected it to be. We had different teachers for each semesters which was to difficult to cop up with each teacher each semester. 3rd year was much more improved in terms of teacher and the they thought us in a professional manner.

I have studied animation in this college. All the teachers in animation dept are nice. They give you lot of support and make sure you are learning what has been taught in class.

HONEST REVIEW — Studying in this College has been an average experience.No doubt Faculties are friendly but they arent experienced as a student like me would expect. Only Basics are taught fine. Again, Faculty requires major improvement.Infrastructure is quite small and limited, somehow fulfills the purpose. Canteen is too costly. Being someone from the north, I was shocked to see samosa for ₹15!Youll definitely expect a lot from the college in the beginning. You have to experience yourself.Equipments provided by the college are worth it. I enjoyed using the Sony A7III from our VFX department.Modules! Excluding a few, rest are too repetitive. For 3 years youll learn the same thing. Everything apart from your core subject will be given more concentration. It boils down to students, learning everything by themselves.Industry Visits and talks are just for saying. In three years, I would say, we didnt had more than 3-4 useful industry talks.And all those passion, No.1 College, state of the art campus and Ad videos are only to attract newcomers.So I would suggest everyone to go and see themself, explore, talk, not with ICAT, but with the people who are studying/passed out from the college.

I felt it was important to fully immerse myself in a new culture & religion for an extended period of time. Also, as I am looking to enter the Advertising industry, which is a truly globalized industry, having work experience for over 8 years is a real asset.I would definitely recommend this college to other students. I learned a lot and its especially great for Advertisement Studies students to learn about Digital Era of Advertising. The worst Design college all over India. I was unluckily enough to get into their sweet traps and did a MSc which is of NO VALUE.1. You will learn more if you spend the same amount of time in YouTube videos (the teachers are doing the same.)2. There are no proper academic programs. They are still following the old softwares and will not have any information about new softwares if you ask them (teaching the new things is very far off question).3. There are NAMELY many courses to opt for but if you are into Multimedia your life is doomed. What so ever you like to do (photography, matte painting, animation, 3d modeling, etc. ) they will always suggest you to be good at graphic designing.4. Coming to teachers - There are no single teacher who is well known enough about any softwares. They watch YouTube videos in staffroom and present the same idea in the class and tell student to copy the same. The only goal of the teacher is to make students to be a GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Even the HOD) for them their is no scope in any other fields.5. Placements - The most laughable topic. Dont believe in anything they say to u or show in their websites. Those are all FAKE. They will share the company details to you and will tell you go and give the interview which you can do it on your own.

Vey very Very worst administration.I have done my PGD in Icat Bangalore the coaching is fine. But the administration is very bad they dont give a proper response.They do response till you complete your full payment after that they dont even mind you.We have to go back of them for each and every thing but they treat you very bad.I will tell my own experience,I completed my course in 2017, Every one pay a amount as deposit which will be returned back once you get the degree and im requesting them to for my deposit money for past one year and still i havent got yet they give a very bad response.I needed my degree. So when i went to get my certificate they said i have to submit my assignment which is correct, so i completed my assignment i got my certificate when i look into it they have given me marks for the subjects which they havent said a word about those subjects.

A FARE SHARE OF Warning. TRUE FACTS INSIDE... I have done MSc multimedia from this college, and I havent learnt a single thing from this college. I came here to learn animation but what I learnt here was only poor graphics design which a 2 years old can do. They dont have a single experienced teachers, most of the teachers learn from youtube videos before they come to class and showcase those as their own creativity. If you want to learn 3d or persue in multimedia field please do join institutions like MAAC and ARENA. The teachers in here are very poorly experienced in all the fields of teaching. They are just playing with the students lives. MONEY IS ALL THEY WANT. They just charge more and more money every year but in terms of output they give you ZERO.

The practical that is being taught to us for our first year (BVA foundation course ) is quite helpful adn so is the foundation course especially learning about the colour wheel and colours is a whole new lecel which I have basic understandings about but never would have thought to learn about it in such a way.
