Guys beware of this company... do not go to them for any other university other than BU. they just make a fool of you for months, asking for extensions, do not give any reasons and finally they just say they cannot do it. Wasted almost 3 months of my time and in the end did not even have the courtesy to apologise. Mahesh once even told me they have already sent the papers to the agency and will give the tracking number soon, when has not even received it from the university. Can you believe that! He just kept lying and wasting almost 3 months. In the end they offered to refund the money for which I had to follow up for another week just to get the refund. We are talking about bank transfer which happen in minutes these days. Finally, you would think I got full refund...nope... they charged 500 bucks for cancellation!!! Yes, I was charged 500 because they could not do their job besides wasting my 3 months. Would never recommend them. Horrible experience!Update1: After posting this I was reading through rest of the comments. So many had similar experiences and the response from this company is not even apologetic. Instead, they go on to attacking the customer who reviewed saying all sorts of nonsense. So I am sure they will send a nasty response with a fake reasoning to this review as well..

If you fail to send legal documents from your side by 14th dec 2020, I will definitely send you legal notice under section 420 act.Hanging upon my call and asking me to deal with university while Mr. Mahesh u handled my transcript from Bangalore. I told you to send from Nashik directly but you did not stood by your words and service.

NEVER PAY IN ADVANCE to this person Mahesh owner. This is how they work, they take money from you in advance. When you demand your refund, he will keep saying he will give after 10 days, tomorrow, next day. He will delay you for 2 months and then will say as per terms and conditions you are not eligible for refund after 2 months. All his replies to customer reviews are very similar, just look at them, dont be fooled. He tries to convince you that its customers fault & not his. The guy does the work! So I needed to get my transcripts from Bangalore University as my college affiliated with it. Being in US, I could never go and collect it soon. So Mahesh definitely helped me out. I hadn’t collected my degree certificate either from my college which he did for a price though. I had probably spent overall Rs.11k (3k extra to go to my college and collect my degree certificate, otherwise it would been Rs.9k) to get the attested transcripts, degree certificate and sent it to the evaluation board here.This guy gets the work done but might not be the friendliest guy. Anyway I got my work done, and that’s what matters. I am not sure if there was a cheaper option since I didn’t have the time to check out different options. Best thing about this guy is that he works on whatsapp, email and facebook. So convenient for people with time difference too.

Mixed ratings for AIT and Mahesh. Got the work done for Blore university, but had a terrible experience with getting transcripts for Mlore university. Mahesh does not have anybody in Mlore and has to send folks from blore to get work done. No proper follow up was done with university once they submitted application or so as they say, as a result of which when the time came, the university said they never received any ( so did AIT submit or did they not, is a question; which never got answered). He expects us to not follow up and just wait for it ( stupid logic), else he gets annoyed. Anyways, had to finally cancel the deal with Mahesh/AIT for their lackluster attitude and got the full refund.Mlore university has tie up with itransacripts, so better off going with them for anybody out there.

All Transcripts sent was rejected by WES. Not very helpful communication from them. Now a waste of time and money ( ca 20,000 Rs)... I am responding to your lies... only one of the transcript was autonomous... two were from MG university, one from loyola chennai. How as everything rejected. I had to literally beg with you to get this done after paying. Not once has you raised the issue of autonomous college? i have the entire mail communication with me.
