Average shop with limited choice. Staff polite and customer friendly. Store can be improved by adding more variety which may increase footfall.

Good collections and excellent service by manager.

1. Peter England is no longer rolling out REGULAR and NORMAL fit clothes. They are only rolling out tapered, narrow fit in the name of fashion which is not comfortable... It is basically to save cloth in the name of fashion despite charging premium prices.2. Material / fabric needs to be more resilient and strong.3. Service is good in store but Peter england is losinh touch with customer preferences and choices4. Store is in main road and easy to find.5. Needs more variety in clothing range.

Well if youre looking for a normal budget office wear or casual wear I would suggest you to visit this place. I purchased 3 readymade complete suits of prices 5k, 7k and 8k that I needed to wear to office during my stay in UK. Fortunately all turned out to be right fits for me and the clothing is pretty good and at an affordable price.

Customer service at front desk, staff : Pathetic. They never try to show you what youre interested when you ask for anything, so much to the point they never LISTEN to you. They are not even good at saying Im sorry and resolve anything. No proactive staff or listening skills. The staff needs to be taught how to behave with customers. Better go to other PE stores. Peace :)

Worst staff experience. They wont guide you. They dont care whether you buy or not. The trial rooms are always dirty. Please visit other PE stores other than this. The BEL road branch is too good.

Good fabric , discounts , good collections of formal wear

Good varieties of collection. But, The staff here are non-cooperative. They initially take good care but fail to show that interest later on. They were like give or take and was treated bad. Very unprofessional staff. Peter England is a great brand and people like these fools are degrading its prestige.

The showroom was very hood. The staff was very supportive in selecting the garments and gave valuable suggestions and feedback.

Located on main road , decent collection.be aware during festival season collection r hard to find and so does size. Good staff ,parking available on roadside.

Had very bad with the altration they took almost 3 day too do it at the end they didnt do the altration, and they are not customer centric, I came all the way to take my product, and it was not ready...they cheat people by saying the product is from peter England but the tag says van Heusen.....
