Order no. BV 207500. Very poor service. I ordered for heart shaped bouquet and they delivered something else. Ordered 2 boxes of chocolates and delivered only one box. And top of that they are charging 800rs extra on Valentines day and still we are receiving such poor service from these guys. Disappointed. thumbs down

I had placed an online order for orchid bouquet along with cake. The delivery was on time, the flowers were fresh and they were delivered along with a free geetingcard. It would have been good if they wrote message on the cake instead of the greeting card. The overall service was very good.
