When I took service I had high hopes on the company as they speak very professionally and give an impression that they are the best. The issues started right from the 1st month. They never pay salary to maid. The cheques they provide bounces. Maid will not work as salary is not paid. If you ask for replacement, they never replace maids. They keep on asking excuses. They also lie that maid has already reached, auto has been booked for them etc. They give you hope that maid will be replaced today but nothing happens and waste your time. I got fed up of following up with them and left my advance amount also as I am sure that they will never refund me.

GBrought a maidand got the money. The maid left on her own within 5 days. No replacement given for last 2 weeks. And no response over phone as well when requested a refund. And not available by any means when youre in need.Most dangerous is that the maid who came was not at all verified and her relatives came and picked her up creating a ruckus at home.

Booked their service. Very hygienic and clean maid, they come with uniform and an Id card. Professional Service.

Its a scam. I got a maid who left in 1 month. Maid informed me on day 1 that she is working temporarily and she informed the same to this agency . its a the company strategy to give customer maid just to get that 15000 registration money which they never return. I trusted because of google rating but its a complete scam. Till date i am struggling to get my money back.

Just had to say that I had a great support experience with CrewOnJob few days ago. The maid was just amazing.

Crewonjob... They are a big fraud . They fail to provide proper service. They took my money Rs. 15750 /- on 31st December and has not returned till now . Their provided useless maid came on 31st evening and returned on 2nd January afternoon . Their provided maid stayed not even for 48 hours and they failed to provide another maid and I mailed them to cancel the service and start money refund process on 6th of January. Till now I am struggling for my hard earned money They are not returning.. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE SERVICE FROM THEM. AND NEVER GIVE FULL AMOUNT IN ADVANCE . THEY ARE FRAUD.

Please read carefully all reviewer name ..1 person prassanna by different ids gave 5 stars to increase their rating.I feel cheated now and there are so many like this .my daughter hired a full time maid from crewonjob . They provided the maid without background check. The maid was very aggressive and not ready to do most of the daily work.she did not even stayed for 2 days . We are in different city. After hearing about her we got scared. The agents of Crew on job accepted their mistake initially but later they have not returned the money to my daughter which they have taken as advance that is rs 15000 .Now my son in law is struggling to get it back. Now three months have passed away still no refund. Dont take their service ..if you take dont pay advance money. These people are fraud.

We hired a maid from CrewOnJob, but the maid was unprofessional and CrewOnJob hasnt refunded our money. They are highly unreliable and will try all tricks mentioned in the book to avoid refund. Dont hire from the else you will suffer just like us....

Very bad agency....they dont pay to maids so they dont work and now they are not refunding the registration.

*I was surprised to see so many good rating, because they have bad habits. And with bad habits you cant have so many happy customers. Then I figured it out how the system is getting gamed. Most of the five raters have just one review on google, nothing else. Those account just reviewed only to improve the rating of CrewOnJob. You can easily guest who will benefited from it. Rest I will leave it on your wisdom.*I had a horrible experience with CrewOnJob. First they sent a very unprofessional maid on 31st December who wasnt willing to do anything and then they didnt give any replacement for next 7 days. Finally I lost hope and asked for refund.Then they showed their true colors, first it started with avoiding the calls and later they said the refund will be processed in 45 working days. Later after repeated calls I got to know even though they work 7 days a week there working day concept is of 5 days a week. That pushed the refund day to 3rd March. FYI the refund duration that they mention in their agreement within 7 to 45 working days.I waited patiently till 3rd March just to find that they have a policy of refunding the money on 15th. On 15th of March they told me that my phone was unreachable they will refund the money on 18th. I waited on 18th they told that they have a problem on their end and cant do Neft and will give me cheque. 19th March I got a cheque dated 7th April. When we enquired why, we came to know its their other policy.Now I am having the cheque wait for another surprise. If you would take my advice please stay far away from CrewOnJob.One important thing that forgot to mention, the whole ordeal cost me 4750 rupees as they just gave me a cheque of 11000 payable 4 month after the single day their maid stayed.
