Very Professional, they were 5 of them. Got Deep clean done for our Duplex, all of them were in Uniform expect 1, but they carried their id cards. They had the mask on. Vacuuming, washing with Machine, wiping, cleaning of large glass windows everything was good.. pricing is also quite reasonable for the size of our house.

I took deep cleaning service from V3Care, the cleaning was done slowly and also lot of places there were stains and dirt were left, we had to literally follow them corner to corner of house to ensure cleaning done properly.Also dirt from house was dumped in apartment common area in one case. Good cleaning done for bathrooms. Was on schedule.Update: this update is after 30-40 minutes of cleaning when bathroom dried up completely. It was full of white layer on tiles. Seems like rinsing of the chemical wasnt done. On top of that they took a mug from one of my bathrooms. I realised a while later.So in summary, Tiles cleaning wasnt upto the mark. WC, washbasin, Exhaust and taps were cleaned well.

We opted for deep cleaning (occupied, 3bhk), not happy with the service provided. Only 3 people came, one was absolutely inefficient. He was holding one dirty clothe and cleaning fan, window, cupboard with the same cloth, without using any cleaning liquid. The corners of the fan blade were so dirty, they are not professional cleaners. My husband and myself did 25% of the cleaning.# They have no idea of what chemicals have to be used, a heavy acid was used to clean the floor of bathroom, our matt finished flooring turned pale and scaly after the cleaning.# Kitchen selves laminates were full of scratches as they used scotch Brite to clean it. (They have no clue of how expensive these laminates are and how it should be cleaned)# they used harpic on stainless steel fittings in bathrooms, which made all the shiny fittings to turn rusted!When complained about this, we were asked to share pics on whatsApp but that was of no use!We gave up after this, we didnt even ask them to vaccum the screen which was part of the package. We knew they would ruin that too. They are not professional cleaners! Would never opt their service again!

Done disinfectant service today in our flat and the guys were on time and did wore ppe kits and masks..sprinkled the disinfectant in all corners and mopped the floor as well.Only issue I see is that about the chemical they used and if it transparent enough what they are using would have been better and show to the customers the quantity they are mixing.. apart from that a good service.and had peace of mind post their service
