Hello Sir,I have been using your service in BTM for almost 2 years now. But sorry to say was very upset by the store person behavior today.I had given clothes washing which weighed around 8.7 kg, he asked me to take out some clothes i told him that there are two bag which will not be washed that may around 300-400 gm, so please let me know how much will you consider, he started arguing that bag did not weigh that much and started putting clothes directly into the weighing scale.This type of behavior is not at all acceptable. Dont wish to continue using your service anymore.

Service is fast but staff is a bit disoriented

I had given my clothes for laundry . I forgot to bring bag , I asked him that I ll return the bag if he can give me one , he asked me to pay 30rs and collect it later . I was okay with it and did it . But as there was a change of plan,I asked him can I collect the laundry in the evening , can you keep it somewhere in shop , he was not ready n was reluctant . I had already paid the person for laundry and the bag . The person in the shop was not at all helpful and didnt even respond properly when I requested him. I dont know how they ll retain customers if they do so . Very bad experience.

This is one horrible service. Never ever go to this place. They mix all the cloth while washing . Two of my white shirts got stained from another cloth colour . When u call them, they, completely deny by saying that they cannot help now. They have even given away someone elses socks in my set of clothes.😡One of the waste service. Never ever go here.
