I will not even give one starI have given my silk saree for dry cleaningSilk saree has come back as normal polyester sareePlease don’t give costly clothes to them they don’t even know how the fabric will react to the chemicalIf they dont know how to do pls accept and give back the clothes on it original state rather than spoiling itWorst experience and they ruined my favourite saree

Pathetic service. We gave our curtains for dry cleaning and they made us buy some voucher (mentioning that there is some offer) before delivery. When we got our curtains, it was all shrunk and damaged. They are not doing anything about it and also used the voucher I bought, without my consent. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Pathetic service !! They do not deliver on promised date n time. Need to call the customer care a thousand times to get your clothes delivered. Would highly recommend NOT TO chose Laundrokart incase you have any urgent requirement.

The most PATHETIC customer service being offered. Staff are very interested in picking up orders. Regards delivery their response rate is ZERO. We need to call up their customer service 20 times to get 1 issue sorted. Do not deliver on the promised dates. No update given to customers about delivery delay. All the staff go for lunch together - A phenomenon that is not seen in any shop. Laundrokart BOASTS of NO LUNCH BREAK. It is possible that Laundrokart is not aware of the VANISHING staff at this Laundrokart franchisee. Staff will not pick up calls during this VANISHING PERIOD. Such Worst Laundary outlet I never seen in Ma Life. I gave my dress on Saturday and agreed to pay on Thursday.. After that I came more than 5 times (Friday , Sat and Sun) and I didnt get the shirt. Such a irrasponsible service and staffs.. Honestly I am saying dont give the dress to dry clean there... Even My frnds also faced the same issue from there.

When i was at banglore some days back, i visited laundrokart store in kasavanhilli. i gave some clothes for washing and dry cleaning, Which i received in-time,packaged like new ones. impressed by their quality service.

Last week I went to banglore for business meeting. I given my cloths to landrokart for wash n iron pick up n delivered in on time with good quality.

I gave some drass for washing and dry cleaning, Which i received on-time, good service also and washing quality is very good I really like

3 - 4 days before visited Bangalore for wedding function. I given my dresses for steam iron. I got good service quality was good.

Not happy with the service at all I gave my madhubani painting Saree worth rs 6000 for dry cleaning wishing to get a decent service.After receiving my Saree I was in shock to see a small cut at one edge. Painting discolored at several places all crinkled ironing. To top it all there was one bindi which I lost while wearing this Saree was still sticking to it after dry clean. I have attached pics

Neither call was picked of mine nor called back. In service industry service provider should be prompt at listening the customer & should be customer centric to progress.

Worst customer service.Be very careful before giving any service to them, they are not trustworthy.I gave a saree for dry was to them just before I was going to attend a function. They took the saree and asked for 3 days to deliver which was absolutely fine.When I went back the 3rd day, they reurned the saree back as it is and told that there was some issue and it was not done.I was astonished that why they ask for a contact number when they cannot update about the status or whatever the issue is. I could have taken back and hand it over to some other shop who can give better service.They do not have courtesy to call back or apologise for their mistake.I will never suggest any friends or family to go to this shop at least.
