These Guys are Fraud, there app does not work, there cutomer support dont respond to the calls.They collected my cloths and there is no way i can contact them, the customer care calls hardly goes through and they promise they deliver today, but never received back, there are no managers u can contact.There is no order id that I have received.

Recently used Laundrokart services for the first time as I had to get a quilt dry cleaned. It was a pleasant experience - on time pick up and delivery, polite conversation, and prompt responses from support. I was charged Rs.472, which I feel is decent considering they pickup and drop stuff at doorstep and were accommodating enough to adjust the time of delivery as per convenience. Overall, a great experience.

I have been using laundrokart for few times now, but last few order placed has been a nightmare! The clothes picked has not been yet delivered. Its 20 days for today. They had picked a blouse for dry-cleaning, they deliver after 10 days with all stones missing in the blouse. they said they will get the re-work done in 4 days. Again its been 10 days, I have not received it till date.Customer care is pathetic (every 5 calls once does they pick and doesnt respond back) , store guy tells us to contact customer care.I highly recommend not to use laundrokart for expensive clothes which are heavy on work and if you have any occasion for which you plan to take up the service. Think twice!

Pathetic service by LaundroKart. They screwed our cloth worth Rs. 10k, took 2 months to update dry-cleaning status. Customer care offered negligible reimbursement (10*cost of dry cleaning ) now since last 15 days not even releasing the amount as well as not giving our screwed cloth. Hopeless customer care and specifically this pickup and delivery point. It will always be in closed state. I personally witnessed multiple missing complaints. Strictly stay away from these cheaters. Washing it by water is far better than giving cloths to this dry cleaners. If u want still to try them, avoid giving any cloth which cost is above formula reimbursement cost.Now you are talking about Human errors. Under which error category you will put your negligible compensation amount? Under which error you will put your 100s of unanswered calls after the issue? Under which error category you will put your false promises on resolving issue in one day time? Under which category you will put your outlet representatives lies of being around but claiming he is in Marathahalli?Apart from actual cost of item, how are you going to compensate emotions associated with the cloth? How are you going to compensate efforts went in selecting and getting it in house? How are you going to compensate time I invested in just following up with your local representatives? How are you going to compensate indirect impacts these conversations have had on my family interactions? how?

They completely destroyed one mattress, one of my dog bed and one blanket. They do not have any customer support, strictly do not use their service.

They claim that they are the only 5 star service provider in Bangalore, but dont know that in a Blazer the lapel and the sleeve should not be pressed. I had given them my premium suit for a dry cleaning, they dry cleaned and pressed it like a bedsheet. And received the blazer with a loosen button. Gave them back the blazer to fix ,only to a get burnt mark on the sleeve. And the the entire thing took more than a months time.So recommending no to avail their service for any kind of premium cloths.

Laundry kart complete spoiled my kanjivaram silk saree. saree was not processed properly and it was burnt while processing... I noticed that there was chemical stains all over saree.Had really really bad experience with them. Washing it by hand or giving it to local dry cleaner is far better than giving it to these.no checking, no compensate!
