Pathetic service. Gave a brand new (never worn even once) silk saree for drycleaning. returned with lots of wrinkles. requested to be ironed properly and still came out with same amount of wrinkles!

I was iffy about Laundrokart before using it but when I used their services I was amused by its service as my shirts looked brand new after the wash. Now its been several months since I am using Laundrokart and never got any complaint in terms of quality and the service.Are you planning to expand in other cities as well?

Worst service. They will pick up the clothes but they refuse to deliver once the clothes are ready. Everyday there is a false commitment to deliver and they just don’t. Fed up of regular calls to customer service. The delivery person just doesn’t care about all these I guess

THIRD CLASS SERVICE. Gave blanket for dry cleaning and 2 track pants for darning 2 weeks back and though they should have been delivered a week back, there are still no signs of it. Followed up twice and in vain. Now I am unable to reach them!!

Worst services ever. Have a blanket for cleaning on 19/09/2017, expected date of delivery was 23/09/2017. Today it is 27/09 and there is no response from laundrokart. They are not even bothered to inform if there is delay. Would never suggest to anyone.

Pathetic servicei sent my blanket for dry cleaning, they returned it after washing in surf excel, top of that they added 100 stains, NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE, ONCE YOU PAY THEM, THEY WILL NOT EVEN BOTHER
