Hopeless service ....damaged my expensive silk saree ....and still no response inspite of complaining.....

Customer experience has to be improved interms of people handling the store dealing with customers. The guy who sits there treats as though he was paying me to come there and get things done.

Hi Team,I had pathetic experience with your AkshayNagar DLF branch on 02-March-21 and luckily this was the first and last time I am using your services. You guys mention different amount on receipt/invoice and mention something else in your logbook. And if customer questions on this discrepancy, in return we get vague and weird justifications. And customers are also advised to not question this disparity and abide by whatever the branch incharge and his wife demands. You guys claim to provide 5star service, for me it was not even equivalent to 1 star, guess you need to re-evaluate your 5star rating.. heights of self praise.

Worst service till date. Had given expensive Kancheepuram silk saree for dry wash. After dry wash, saree texture was completely changed. It became rough and threads were loosening and some white marks in the saree is prominently seen.The shopkeeper is so rude and says he can’t do anything for what has happened. They are turning nice clothes to dirty ones.I sincerely recommend not to give for any service here.
