I give a 3 star for the affordability and front end staff at the counter.. however their service and like few of the customers already stated earlier..their punctuality is not up to the mark..I have been giving my laundry to them for almost a year now and had multiple times delayed delivery..one time had my flight in the morning and had told them categorically to get me the clothes the evening before the travel date (that 2 for leaving clothes to them for 3 days in advance.. excluding Sunday)..they failed to get me the clothes and I had to leave it and collect after my return after 2 weeks..so if u are looking for a punctual laundry service I wouldnt recommend them.. however if this around your home and you are not in hurry then go for it as they are decently priced for their services and are ok in their work!!

Very bad customer service, these guys don’t provide on time delivery... the interaction with the shop owner and the person at shop was also very bad...they don’t even care for the customer..they don’t even pick up your calls when delivering the cloths lately... very pathetic experience... I don’t recommend this one for laundry at all
