This is to inform that I had joined this company on April 26th 2021 they had arranged to recruit me for Driver Post at Jain University professor Mr. Vishal Arora as unfortunately government had declared lockdown on April 27th 2021 but after that this guys of Intellisol especially HR Mrs. ANITHA had never responded to us & had courtesy to arrange to get my salary they had given only Rs.750 (2 days salary)cheque as on 29th June 2021 after several follow up with finance staff Mr. BHARATHI. I had very hard time with this staff they never took my call also were careless manner not responded to my message especially HR.One day I got call from new field officer Mr. GANGADHAR as on 1st Sep 2021 to report to duty by 6th Sep 2021, I had informed this officer that I had not received my salary from April 28th-30th, May, June, July, August 2021 he replied that not to worry that he will support to get the balance salary. He had promised to meet me during my duty reporting time but he failed / not bothered to meet me to collect my document, issue the joining letter. But I got very frustrated had called him on 14th Sep 2021 had told that I am running empty without salary he had taken con-call to Mr. ANITHA HR she had careless replied told that they will not pay the balance salary so immediately I told both that I cant continue my service without my salary. GANGADHAR had informed me to give notice for 10days I was ready if I had salary but they had not ready to pay single paise. Same evening I had spoken to Mr. Vishal Arora but no use he told that he is not related to the salary then I had informed that I am not continue my service upon his acceptance I had informed Intellisol HR & Officer to release my salary of 6th Sep till 14th Sep 2021 they told that they will pay afer 15th Oct 2021.Now I called Mr. ANITHA HR she is very disappointing me telling that we will not pay the salary for me without serving notice period.I requested her that I am facing money problem so please helpme out but she was very rude & replied Do what ever you want we will not pay the salary then I told that I will escalate this above issue the she had messaged the operation manager Mr. BISWAS contact number but no use he is not responded my call.SO FRIENDS PLEASE DONT JOIN THIS COMPANYAS THEY ARE FRAUDS NOT TAKE INTIATIVE TO GIVE OUR SALARY, UNSECURE AGENCY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.Please note: my employee number was 4825 at this agency.

Very bad company. Theyll will not pay salary to employees. Esi pf also. Worst management even 25th also theyll not pay employees welfare is too bad. Even theyll not allow you inside office
