System is fully currepted, very slow work... if you go for Khata.. without bribe they do not proceed....same for property tax challan process take an hour to prepare one year property tax... Instead of cumpterized challan process it is very better if they could do it manually...

Today I visited CMC Hebbagodi to pay property tax for my flat in DS MAX SIGMA. I had lost my previous tax paid receipt. The officials including computer operator after due verification said that they do not have anything to prove that I have paid my property tax. They have not saved my tax payment particulars in the system. Though they keep a copy of print out of the tax paid, they do not manually record the same/ Even the print out copy they keep is not filed in such a manner that they can retrieve the same easily.The only answer they give is if you do not have previous paid receipt then you have to pay for that year also in order to accept payment for this year.This only shows they do not have any record to show who have paid and who have not paid property tax. This hampers recovery of tax from non tax payers.It is high time they revamp their entire system and take help from BBMP online tax payment so that lot of revenue is generated for the CMC and development works can take place without any hazard.Moreover, they even charge Rs.50 for the computer operator to generate your tax payment forms, challans etc.Even in a village panchayat, a person can pay propertry tax by just paying tax amount and a manual receipt is issued. If they cannot update their information system, they can do this manually.

All in Market place for public and still more shops to be opened. Bank and ATM available but still more ATM facilities to be setup in that area. More dress shops and provision , vegetable shop , pooja items you can buy. Temple available for Hindus and I am not sure about masjid and Church . Park available for children and many more residency available if looking for tolet House then yes its right place for you to choose . Lowest rent and water facilities . Area looks clumpsy but its sure suitable for middle class people. Once in a while visit this area get experience all of this . Thanks for reading this review.

Not so nice, but not so bad

Very Satisfied with the service, normally we dont find in government office, IT person given all required information I needed.

We are moving towards digital india and hebbagodi CMC is still working in papers. This CMC which is very near to Bangalore city which is world famous for information technology. But still this CMC acts like a kid. Some one should take action against this and make all the facilities online.

Hi... Coming to ward no 23....elected member is not in the ward... How we can expect that the things will happen in a right manner... The ward is fully filled with garbage and no one asks whats happening in and around ward. No proper water source....no support from the elected member.....we request Commissioner to take some quick actions for clearing the garbage in and around ward no 23....

Highly Corrupted and they dont want to make digitization just for one reason. Even they wont provide basic services and they dont collect garbage

Shame on you Hebbugodi CMC. Each everything we need to pay bribe here. Even if you stand near wall it will also ask bribe. I never saw such kind of worst office in my life. If you are going to pay tax also you need to pay bribe and they will openly ask . Shameless people here

Corrupt officials. Dont have any professionalism. Things will move only with Bribe. If u bribe, anything will happen. Every year increasing property tax so much ( in three years from 1700 to 8000) without doing any work. Nobody should question and no one will respond

We are trying to clear a drainage across the road in ananthnagar 10th cross from past one month with multiple whatsWha message, online complaint and even went twice to office and given written complaint.Speaking possitively but no action and the workers are not ready to open the drain itself. Arranging for third party and we need to pay for them.They have multiple 3rd party for digging,pit cleaning and manual activities.we need to pay each team individually.Very worst.No words to express our grievance.

It is a shame to The Karnataka Govt. And Bengaluru Metropolitan Development Authority to have such a corrupt municipal council under its limits. Moreover Hebbagodi is just 2km away from Electronic City (Silicon Valley of India). Maintenance under Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Pallike(BBMP) is pathetic then think about this place! Bengaluru will lose its respect and attractiveness if this sort of administration goes in and around Bengaluru City and Bengaluru Metropolitan Region. Cities like Hyderabad and Mumbai are doing much better job!

Officers are completely corrupted in Hebbagodi CMC office . To do thier work they ask for money they do not help the ppl at all please reach out to Hebbagodi CMC office only if you have money .please reach out to Hebbagodi CMC office only if you have money . Specially engineering Dept and accounts department, if we go and complain this for higher authorities in the Hebbagodi CMC office they really dont respond you properly and they support thier colleagues.
