Nice people. Need to maintain cleanliness throughout the station. Please enhance some more busses.Hygiene is not at all maintained. People of BMTC should take a serious note of it.This place is the most worst and non hygiene place in Bengaluru. Please keep your premises clean and hygienicMake sure you will keep our city clean and tidy.

Responded very well about bus enquiry I am very much satisfied.

Its a very good and convenient experience.. but some untrained and very rude conductors spoiling all management and other kind people efforts...i met with very worst lady conductor. not having kjnd talking sence.

Good and professional staff and they will provide information regarding Bus timings or Bus pass related issues.Some times they behave rude because they have to answer many people and big crowd.Because their hectic job due to managing huge crowd they may behave rude but you will get required information from them.

Heart of Bangalore city .....You can reach any point of Bangalore from this place ... There are sufficient buses to carry all people... Vajra pushpak air suspension modern buses are of good quality and provide good service .. Some old buses are also there you have to adjust if you have to travel in them .. Daily pass facility is a good option if you are travelling to more than 2 or 3 destination in a day ...

Worstest service ever seen.They never work on your problem’s which is been occurred by them.They just blustery,an say some stupid solution which is not going to work any how.I am suffering For the (bus pass) issues from past one month.Every day I come here to sort the problem but they never cared.This is BMTC serviceI kind suggest people not to go this.BMTC you deserve dogs dick instead award.

BMTC staff are not not fit for public relations and for help desk at bus station. They wont answer any of public questions and careless staff. Also they dont have knowledge about anything.

I am a senior person having my driving license issued by union of India (Tamilnadu). I am not getting your bmtc card. In your bmtc Office at Majestic told that we can use Adhar, PAN, or Driving license for avail concession.But today morning by 8.49am from military Dairy Farm to KR market, in route no.287Y/1, depot.46.The conductor refused to issue concession ticket replied that the driving license issued by Tamilnad.Driving license is the status of union of India issued at Tamilnadu. Whats the meaning of union of India card.This is indirectly destroys national integrity.

Worst service i ever saw in my life, No response for the complaint, The driver of 171G are continually abusing , I have already lunched the compliant about the bus driver with the bus number. But till now no action has taken on that driver and there is no reply for my complaint, If it was a zero rating i cough have given that for the Worst service...

@BMTC_BENGALURUHi BMTC Team,I would like to bring to ur notice tat driver of bus number KA-57F-464 today at 06:10 pm was about to hit bike rider from sideways by bringing the bike rider between bus and kengeri railway overbridges footpath after crossing the the kengeri arch.

BMTC Main Bus stop, All City busses will go from hear, Stay away from strangers, Be carefully on your pockets, bags, mobile phones.

Rude and unfriendly staff, even the administrative ones, who behave as if they are colonial masters; The process followed is confusing and chaotic. The bus service is the worst. Buses that leak water in during rain; Frequent breakdowns in the middle of the road affecting traffic and commuters; Buses that catch fire including its premium Volvo services; Ticket prices are sky high; Rash driving; Monopoly over city transportation leaving no alternatives for lower and middle class residents.

People are very slow in terms of service. I had to wait for nearly 2 hours to get my pass done, when the work could have been done within 45 minutes. Moreover it was hardly crowded that day.
