They now want to introduce smart card for 2W, this is not needed as this card will be valid for only this toll. And one need to carry this always. They have one window counter to distribute this, also for recharge you need to come to this office. No online facility, but they are all in hurry to implement smart card from 01st April.
Went there to get the Toll Way smart card. It was done easily, not much of a hassle.
We need to stand for long hours in two wheeler que even after obtaining smart card, smart card does not work and today was worst experience i had stand in que for almost 45 minutes.
Yesterday the reader did not function, we are asked to pay 2*50 in that lane. We refused to pay, then while taking vehicle back it is worked again. They have very poor quality fasttags causing users lot of stress and want to charge double. Best form of cheating. You charge me double when I dont have sufficient balance, not when one of the tag reader is incorrect

Is BETPL above nhai if yes pls ignore my complain if no take it seriously where on earth is a rule that if we stand in cash counter you will not give return ticket rather give only one way ticket. STOP FOOLING PEOPLE in name of fast tags. Looting people for no reason.
Several BETL people treat genuine toll paying commuters as beggars. Even if you have a monthly pass, if their system doesnt read it because of some crappy stuff deployed at the toll plazas, you are treated like a criminal. I must add, there are good people as well, but far too few.They dont have a system to enable pass holders to go through smoothly.
I am taking this fly over from past 3 months .(it will take 30 min to reach the office if I use this flyover..if I wont it will take 1:15 min to reach office).Thanks to the contractor for this amazing gift to Bangalore (
They are All Above The LawDelay-Minimum 15-20 minutes to pass the toll with a Two wheeler Monthly pass. Most of the time the scanner at the Monthly pass Line(They say as that is a special line for pre-paid card holders) doesnt work, but they are not worries about the time getting wasted of the commuters. It is just a matter of commonsense and time management. I heard that there are laws which says there is a pre-fixed time and if it delays beyond that they have to clear the traffic with out even collecting the toll charges. Here it goes beyond 30 minutes in the morning hours.Another issues is with the toll recharge- The office is far from the toll plaza and there is no service desk to get your prepaid card recharged. Either you have to go to their office or use Paytm. If you go their office you can do a recharge of min. 500, but in paytm it is 1000 rs minimum. Why dont these guys add a payment option in their web site in stead of promoting these private people.The Accident Zone- I am a pray. It was happened last year when the rainy season started. My bike got skid at the cross where we enter to the bridge from Ecity hosur road entrance. There is a black color joint were they have laid some rubber material at the joint. It becomes slippy when it is wet. So i met with very serious accident and at the same time couple of other bike riders also met with an accident at the same spot. The only action taken by them is kept a small board which no one notices and put some stones. Do you give any respect for humans life????? The same risk is there at the Lay-Bye spot where there is a Rubber Joint.The whole risk and sufferings are for Two wheeler riders, The Toll Authority has given a value of 30rs for the life of two wheeler riders who enter the elevated highway by paying the toll amount. Feeling pity on the system and governing authority.Feeling Ashamed off being a normal citizen of India where the people chosen to service the taxpayers are looting and ruling us
Please dont go for balanced based pass. They are cheating with the customers. Today I had Rs 35 balance in my card. When coming back from silk board to ecity the operator didnt accept my card saying that there is no sufficient balance in my card. I still had Rs 15 in my card. Were they deducting Rs 40 a day ?Please be aware.
Please do no travel in flyover morning and evening it is taking 50 min to 1hr.10 min to pass from electronic city to roopena agrahara, BETEL is not arranged any person to monitor trafic at landing place which is creating traffic jam, no response from BETEL on this.I. wish BETEL to monitor trafic to avoid delay.
Happy with the service provided.I got my monthly pass card within 20 min.515 ₹ /month.Dont know how easy it is to renewal.
BETL charges us for use. Yet, street lights are ON for some parts of the road. In late evenings, both the RFID gates are seldom open - only 1 gate is operational. Both gates must be operational, unless waiting is only a max of 2 vehicles. Only advantage - no signal, pothole free road.
Worst response. very rude and bad behavior . They will treat customer with negligence. customer care service is worst. very disappointed with their rude behavior.
Unplanned maintenance work without even 1% consideration about the road users. Only thugs managing the booths and if you want to complain they ask us to call 1033 which is of no help to commuters or users. The work is still going on and we do not know for how long youll have to endure this nonsense. I even suggested them the remedy, their reply was we have put up a board at entry and also published regarding this inconvenience, so get lost from here.

Without this road. Many of life would have been a soup.... Good one... But afraid of the recent rod crack or misalignment though.

Road is good for travelling quickly. But they are issuing previous date tickets for the same amount. Please check the date while buying the ticket.
2wheelers are completely neglected, when it rains the 2 wheeler toll lane is like a storm water drain where a lot of water is left stagnant, paytm not accepted everyday, wait goes up to 35 my mins during peak hours.Traffic jams on the toll also, technically why do you collect a toll when the travel time is more than an hr?

Staff are very responsive. Fastag and Elevated tolls pass done easily.
Toll gate staff are least bothered about commuters. Not maintaining basic professionalism.
Service is good. But the staff cannot handle large crowds as they are small in number.If a group of cab/bus drivers come in to renew the pass, then therell be a wait time. Worst service, people at counter unprofessional and doesnt allow fast tag pass at other lane, deliberately torture if use other lanes, they do not manage even regular traffic at evening by dispensing tickets, still adopts old day technology, Bangalore metro is still superb if you have a prepaid pass.
