Worst and most corrupt officials.

Worst service. I always feel like I am not in Bangalore.And feel like in some village. Due to frequent power cuts. I think nowadays villages are better than this.Even for a minute rainfall power cut is common for hours together.

Worst service is Bescom people...They dont mind people suffering in the night times..Thefts are happening due to Bescom people only.

Person name : Narasimha GHe lifted call once telling the issue disconnected call without revertingSecond time call he started abusing that bescom will not come without paying bribe for them.

Pathetic service.. Whole night power cut and frequent power cut in day time. And when the current bill comes its high. We are using a fan and fridge in day time. There is not even a cable connection. But still imagine there wont be power more than half the time of the day and whole night no power at all. In my whole life time I havent faced such a power failure issue, not even in any other rural villages. THIS IS HORRIBLE...Too difficult when there is a small baby is in the house and people have to go for work after having a sleepless night.

Worst service every day power cut off for more than 4-5 hours continiously. And when we call 1912 they always give one silly reason power restoring. So bescom need 4-5 hours every day to restore the power. Such a silly reason. If you have guts cut off the electricity where the MLA resides. You people dont know what we suffer due to continous power cut off. Pathetic service. Its better to live with candle than your electricity.

Doesnt respond to calls only

Worst ever..No electricity for more than 4 hours everyday and if it is raining almost 10 hours no current..Please take necessary measures to make it fine.

Irregular electricity supply and improper response

I never experienced this no response from bescom compare with rest of karnataka state electricity boards. I dont know if something goes wrong with electricity in Bangalore

It is a very bad service.everyday the electricity is going more than 5 to 6 times. Please government should do some thing for this.its a request.
