Collections are too good espicailly the home needs are really superb yet prices sensiblyHow ever at the garment side need assistance for finding the garment hardly we get the sales person attending to us and are left for our selves, though the collections are good

Some collections are great and some are not worth for the price tag added.

This outlet of Westside has good collection in both ladies and mens section. You can also sit in Starbuck and enjoy coffee.

Westside in commercial street has nice collection of clothing but bit expensive comparing with other brands. Most important part is it has 4 wheeler and two wheeler parking facility, which is absolutely a plus.

Beware very high parking charges - 70/- rupees for first 2 hours and after that 30/- rupees per hour. (Parking Charges photo attached with my review)This is really high. It seems people park their cars here and go to Commercial Street and thats what we also did. ;)Really good place to visit for your quick shopping visit.Many varieties. It also has a Starbucks Coffee Outlet inside at ground floor.

Had ended up with some billing problems, but the staff was really kind enough to solve it really quickly. Had decent collections. Had gone there to pick up material for my chumbak shoot. Goddd aesthetics also

It has a nice array of selections. Could increase the billing counters. Toilet is poorly maintained. Trail rooms need to b monitored. Four wheeler parking is badly managed.

Went in the second week of March 2021, during the time when the footfalls were few and the place was almost deserted. The billing was an extremely difficult and time consuming affair. Wanted to use an offer being shown on the in shop display right behind the cashier, but had to give up after almost half an hour. Then wanted to update the membership details of Weststyle club. Was sent around to another floor where the counter person had no idea what to do. Finally, he took it down on a piece of paper and promised to update. However, never did it.I am surprised that the store run by Tatas who also run the largest software firm TCS doesnt allow the members to update details online. Was quite a bit disappointed at the end of the visit.

They have a good collection compared to other stores. I was happy with the availability of the size and collections .

Bunch of cluess and highly inefficient staff..looks like they come here to sleep.....customers r waiting in q for billing and they jus go absconding..or will confuse you so that you drop what ever you have picked and jus leave the place...lazy ..stafff

Its a good a place for shopping but they dont have much options in the bigger size options such as 3xl and above.The staff was nice but kind of mis informed about where what was and had to go to and fro quite sometime.

A couple of months ago, I was promised discounts with all further purchases if I signed up as a member and paid the relevant fee. I was convinced as the lady at the counter made the offer seem like one too good to pass. Went shopping today and was told I would only get a one time discount during mybirthday month. On expressing my disappointment at the false promise, I was told I hadnt accumulated enough points.Thats the last time I am going there.

Purchased a dress and was looking for an alternate size, it wasnt readily available in the store but the staffs made sure to arrange it the very next day from other branch! Great Customer service by the store managers @ Suresh, Niranjan and Famida👍👍

Spread over 3 floors you are sure to find what your looking for with different brands being housed here under one roof. Segregated by western wear, Indian wear and kids & mens clothing. They have escalators inside as well as lifts making it easy to navigate between floors.The staff here are friendly but hard to find in some sections. Billing counters are on every floor and changing rooms as well. Ample parking available at the basement but the charges are exorbitant- 70 for two hours and 30 for every extra hour after.Ive given 4 stars because the air conditioning was poor and we were literally sweating in some sections of the store.

The service providers great. Ambience music is fantastic a great variety of clothing. One suggestion please have a seating place near the fittings room. You will have more sales.

This review is just to say thank you to the amazing security personnel at Westside.. I had accidentally dropped my wallet in the parking lot and had completely forgotten about it and was on my way home when I got a call from Westside Security saying that they had found my wallet.. Call me careless but Ive lost my wallet 3 times already.. but I am beyond grateful to have got this back.. I want to convey my deepest appreciation and admiration to the Security Personnel.. Good honest people are hard to come by these days.. I will pay this forward somehow.. God bless you..

Kids Ethnic on 6th March 2021 was very limited. Whereas the entire commercial street has good stocks which are way too expensive. Westside should bank on it as their quality is brilliant.

This is a huge store with a very good variety of items. Friendly and helpful staff. Three floors. There is car parking in the basement but during weekends the parking is valet style.
