Worst decision to do Water purifier servicing through Urban Company!!!Last week of May’2021, we did our Aquaguard yearly service with Urban Company, including filter change by paying 5,000+. Usually in lesser price than this, we get the filter change and yearly maintenance contract from Eureka Forbes but due to lockdown they were not serving hence had to go ahead with UC.Just little over 1 month, we had an issue and water purifier stopped working in July 1st week. After multiple follow ups, several email & calls to service center an engineer arrived after 5 days and made it work. Now again within another 2 months, it stopped working and we called Urban Company technician to visit. The technician visited promptly (as its a new booking) and said, device stopped working due to incorrect wiring been done inside and also indicated that purified water isn’t right quality, hardness is >200. Now when we said, the last two service is done by Urban Company technician only, he asked us to get in touch with UB service desk.So after back and forth for 48hours with UC service desk, they finally came back with the most expected response that “our technician has not confirmed us about wrong doing by previous technician so we can’t do much here”. This is the level of their customer service.What worries me the most is, the wrong doing of the technician has made us drink unhealthy water for >2 months. So be very careful before you do “ANY appliance” serving with UC as after this incident, while discussing in friends circle I am now hearing some similar experience from others.
