Had a bad experience with my ordered online.First of all it takes an hour to get it delivered within 3km distance and taste also not that great.Had ordered pizza and got semizza utterly disappointed, can’t even complain to anyone as the shop was closed by the time .

Ordered through their app, taste is good but felt pricey compared to dominos but ok taste is good and 1 pizza will be more than enough for two.

No dine in. Place is not seen only. Wasted petrol! No board at all..!

Worst ever pizza and Garlic bread...very dry bread for both and to top it all...they showed that they would deliver the order in 40 min however they took 1.5 hr and that too after a lot of follow up...also they dont share their number but the swiggy delivery boys number who is as clueless as us if they will at all send the pizza....

The pizza and bread was not good, not backed properly, we had ordered coak as well not delivered the same by delivery boy, totally horrible

Worst experience in pizza ever. They used to make one of the best pizzas initially. Now theyre the crappiest pizza places in Bangalore. Dont even bother to come here or order from here. The orders never get delivered. The restaurant never responds.

I swiggied from this outlet. Everything was good. Packaging, taste, quantity except they didnt provide sauce packets for the pizza during delivery

They are a thief. I ordered from their app. They took the money, and didnt deliver the food either. Also, no refunds. Their service is unprofessional as hell.Lesson learned: never order from overstory.

Worst service .. ordered through Zomato .. Pizza never came and Ovenstory never picks up call.

Online frauds. They take money and dont deliver. And moreover I bet you If You can contact them over phone.
