Pretty average store. I dont think Jio focus much on in-store customer experience as the shop is poorly maintained with boring interiors and getup compared to the competitors in vicinity. I went for address change query on my Jio Sim and the single person who was in the store didnt have any clue and he told me to talk to online customer care only for any query.

Very friendly executive, very humble and polite. Has good knowledge of his job and Does it exceptionally well.

The mobile phone prices are competitive, and the most of the popular brands are there.The store staff is friendly and co-operative. Just like other Reliance digital stores they sometimes have great offers on phone.you can go there and check products.parking space is not available. store located on the main road.

Terrible. Dont go if you are not buying anything. They dont do any after sales services. Get lousy excuses like, internet down, server down, Mukeshbhai ka mood nahi hai, etc.

I had gone there to port my number to Jio from another service provider. The entire process was smooth and done in about 10 minutes. The staff there were helpful.

I am using jio sim i have loss my mobile same Jio number Yesterday go to Jio service provider sim taken thay have charged 175 rs this is too much cost

I went to port my existing sim to jio. Process was quick.All completed within 10 min. But they told to recharge costly ₹401amount for 28 days plan as first time recharge amount and not ready to put basic plan which is available in jio. Other than that all good

They charged 50 rs for new sim replacement which is ideally 25 rs and refused to give bill also . They don convert esim also as they are very busy it seems . Useless staffs and unprofessional. Behaviour is like as if customers are beggars. Bunch of robbers bloody idiots

Pathetic services with zero logic...i went to their jio counter today for porting and the customer care executive simply told me that as my Vodafone number is postpaid he cant accept the posting request as they are facing issues with postpaid (outstanding bills).I showed them my yesterdays bill payment and porting code provided by Vodafone and that from last 10yrs i am paying all my bills on time and there is zero outstanding but he simply said sorry we cant help you as your number is postpaid... when I asked if there is any solution,any logic why he is not accepting my request for getting a Jio connection ,he completely ignored me and started talking to his collegue..felt frustrated and helpless i left from there..may be i will try at some other Reliance digital or Jio digital store with literate staff.

Worst service I ever seen in my life

I came here today again and the service provided by the front desk executives was very good and fast.

These people are making me wait for 1 hr in the shop to get a sim card because i got the jio phone online and not from their store. 5 customers have come after i reached and they have all got their sim card, still they are asking me to wait.

Worst service I ever experienced. I went for new sim they have taken money and documents but two times rejected. My documents are very clear. They are saying 5 days will take te refund my money. If sim was not active then why they are taking money.

Store was not open on time. It supposed to be open at 10 a.m. We waited until 11 a.m. and then gave up. Tried calling the phone number, nobody picked up. For a customer who drove 20 minutes to reach this store in the morning, this was a very disappointing experience.

I lost my phone so came here for the duplicate sim cards. I did not find convenience in getting duplicate sims as the shopkeeper only knew Native languages. It was very difficult for me to make him understand. He did not know Hindi or English. Thankfully I got my duplicate sims after a hectic struggle of 1 hour. He charged 100 Rs for processing of request of each sim cards.

I visited for grtting duplicate sim. I did not had good experience here. I felt I treated differently for not speaking in local language, the person kept talking in local language even after knowing i cant speak local language.I was asked to pay Rs. 100 for duplicate sim, and when I checked the charge by calling Jio service, it says the charge is Rs. 25 only. Asking for this difference, they started giving excuses like there will be problems in activation, bla bla bla, and I ended up paying Rs. 30 with no assurance my sim will get activated in 4 hours.Though I visited Jio store, that person asked me to visit Jio digital store.While all these was going on, another customer came and asked for Jio phone and he was not treated well as well.

Mostly all electronic and home appliances available. You need to reach out to staff for help. Jio wifi device is not available in stock.

The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff helped me port my number and it was all done in a matter of minutes.

They took almost 30 minutes and did the process 5 times to give me a duplicate sim (to reactivate my old number); Could have been completed in less than 5 mins. Worst part is they did the same mistake again and again. Expertise of the process was missing.

Rude staff. Spoke only in kannada, and was unhelpful when I said I dont speak kannada. Charged Rs. 100 for a duplicate sim which he must have put in his pocket. I had to pay and also suffer his impolite behavior, as I needed a duplicate sim urgently. Really bad customer service.

Really bad service. Things which they say will be done in 1 hour, usually takes 3-4 days to complete. This center in general should be avoided. Jio in particular should not be used.

A good grocery, provision and pharmacy store

I visited the store today to port my number to jio. The person in the store said server is down and to visit him tomorrow. He was rude and felt odd.So I visited reliance digital near by. Server was up and running there. Finished off the process in 5min.Not sure why he refused service.

Before servicing your request the folks there were more focusing on selling large appliances that they dont have on display in that small store. Not sure why but sounded a bit poncy. Finally got the query attended after a lot of helping the staff with refocusing.

Service n activation was fast. Some people dont have enough knowledge ABT post paid. But a person in activation was very much experienced. He explained all clearly.

Worst experience. Staff did not help at all. He didnt even listen what I needed as I wasnt speeking his language. Just told me to wait and kept catering other customers (customers arrived after me and had same requirement). Came back after waiting for 20 minutes. Never had this type of bad experience in my 13 years in Bangalore.

Worst customer service represent, he is too lazy to type all the details and my sim card application got rejected, when I showed the message to him the person is telling because you gave the Driving Licence as proof it got rejected and asked me to produce Aadhar as I didnt have the aadhar printed I showed them the softcopy but they wanted the original one it didnt make any sense as they just have to scan the QR code from the aadhar regardless it is original print or softcopy in phone.

May be because it was Saturday but the staff was not attentive. But the fact is they were knowledgeable and got my number porting request done in 5 mins. But you feel ignored. I was literally standing in front of an agent who was playing on his mobile and there was silence, very awkward.

Quick service by distributor and service provider both.If you have aadhar card then entire activity will be finished quickly either new sim or porting from other operator.

Stinky stuffy place n scrunched up papers all over the floor. No relevant details given upon asking. The price structure is a torn paper and with tiniest of fonts with all scribbles on the borders. The staff stared so bizarre that is so weird. Totally untrained staff :( It has been a disgusting experience. :(

Avoid this store. Given all the documents for Jio porting and after 14 days i went there because porting was not happening, they were not even submitted my documents and not taking the responsibility to activate the connection also. Dumps and attitude people are there in store. When ever i called to Jio Customer care they were telling me to activate from the store. So i Dropped my Jio porting plans. #Jio

Lazy workers, I had to get an alternate number, the person over there refused saying server is busy and he cannot login. When I asked him to login in front of me he put a wrong password and pretended that server is not working where as the login message was clearly saying wrong pin.

Please dont goto this place for any service related options. Staff is not knowledgeable and they will put you in unnecessary complications. I went there for Airtel postpaid to Jio postpaid migration and they messed it up. In general I feel Jio customer support is pathetic.

Small store but you get basic Jio related services like getting a connection, so payments. You can also buy phones and accessories. It is like a mini Reliance Digital focusing on phones and stuff. Staff is friendly as observed in my 3 visits in last one year.

I went here 2 times. There was no power and their store didnt have backup power. So they couldnt manage to port my sim!!!! Sorry I dont know when I can make a third visit!

Great little shop. Went there to get a jio sim. They helped us with everything. No paperwork. Scanned the aadhar and took a photo. Sim was activated in couple of hours.Hassle free.

They wont be knowing the plan details properly to explain us.If we ask for jiofi they are telling we need to purchase spike buster with it they are using this Corona time and making money

Not happy poor customer service

Store executives doesn’t have patience simply they are asking me to visit next day I requested them to finish MNP today after that only they have done the procedure and that store manager or don’t who’s that guy his behaviour was pathetic

Service is just ok. Place is severely cramped and there is no queue system. Jio is bragging about No.1 position but their customer service is way behind Airtel and Vodafone. Had to make multiple visits to get my porting done. Ive observed they dont provide new connection and also Aadhaar is compulsory even though Aadhaar is not a compulsory document according to supreme court judgement. Bigger place, more staff and transparency in documents required will help Jio improve customer service.

It is an OK kind of place. Though the staff are helpful, I felt their approach was rather rude and condescending. Such an approach wouldnt do good for Jio in long run. However the centre is easily accessible and noticeable as it is in the main road.

Went there to get my sim ported to jio postpaid sim and these clowns gave me a prepaid sim card now I have to make an additional trip to get my sim card changed.
