I would rather give 4 stars. However the service is below average. The food taste is also average. But the 3 stars for the ambiance. The infrastructure is best. It may be the one of the reasons that this restaurant doesnt attract many people since it is located in bit out of the city.

Food is bland and needs to improve

Used to be a good place. But now it sucks! Only plus point is ambience and lighting. Starters taste average but main courses are not good anymore.Dont ever try hot chocolate fudge cuz its just 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream with cold chocolate sauce. 😂 .

The place has a very good ambience and is ideal for a date night. The place is not noisy and the crowd is always decent. They have different menu options and the food really tastes good, except its a bit pricey.

I had been to this place couple of times before, at that time they used to welcome the customers really well, ladies standing by the door and welcomes in and takes us to our seats and they gave us hot towels to clean our hands and their service was also good but the food was not that good but ok .... And now when I visited again their was no welcoming party, just a regular restaurant but the staffs were good and responded well and the major difference this time was the food, the food was delicious and I enjoyed everything from starter to desserts. The loved baby corn manchurian its was very tasty, perfectly roasted and cooked, crispy and spicy. They can expect a frequent visit from customers if they serve such good food. Surely I will be visiting the place again soon.

The vegetarian food was quite mediocre, putting it politely. With that out of the way, the meat items were apparently quite OK with not much to complain about and the overall ambience and service were decent too. Getting there and finding parking could be an issue, although its quite possible to find parking at the hotel entrance given the generally lean crowds here.

Never understood the philosophy of serving WARM BEER when the weather is killing you with the heat.Good food, Ambient Environment for either the solitary drinker, a quick group stop over or for the family.Will revise the rating once they start to consistently serve chilled beer or take it off the menu if it is not chilled enough.

Worst service ever. We entered here at around 8.30pm and till 9.30pm no proper order was also taken and no one even bothered to care. Very slow snail pace service. furniture, cutlery everything unhygienic. No one bothered to take order for drinks also. Some party was going on at first floor and water dropped on our table from there, very pathetic , bad , unhealthy and felt disgusted. Please avoid at all costs. Seriously not recommended.

Would prefer roadside food over a free meal at this restaurant. The service is horrible, no one gives a damn about the customer had to ask the waiters about five times to get some water. The food is probably the worst food ever, easy way to a stomach upset. Highly recommended if youd like to get diarrhea.

Visited SBI Basaveshwarnagar located in the corner of 8th Main and Siddayya Puranik Road, 3rd Stage, 4th Block. Though it was well past the closing time, there were number of customers, transacting their business and staff were serving in a a friendly way.

One of the very few such places around here. We were a group of 5 and ordered the tandoori platter, mushroom tikka, Plain Palak, Paneer Kadai, Butter Naan etc and all the dishes were well made and tasted good. Nothing out of the ordinary, just yummy food. The only disappointment was that most of the Continental dishes on the menu were not available. I actually wanted to order sizzlers but even they are not available. Service was acceptable but I seriously feel that most of the items in the menu, especially some of the veg gravy are over priced and feel it wasnt simply worth it. *Check the updated prices before going here
