Extremely arrogant people. We had paid money in the morning at 10:00. Because we had already paid and booked meals, we were assuming that they’ll keep it for us. They did not inform us anything about the time to be picked. Dunzo was not working at this location. So I had Swiggygenie booked to pick up the food. The delivery person reached the location at 1:45 and called me from there. They were confused about what order it was. They seemed to have forgotten about the order. Later, the person incharge spoke to me and said we had to come to pick the food by 12. Because we came late, they had thrown away our food. Instead of being sorry for what they did, they were arrogant and told me that they’ll return our money. They don care about hungry customers. I’m glad we did this as a trial before our function, else it would have been such an embarrassment in front of all our guests. Would not recommend this place to anybody.
