The service from MS caterer was on time and by well behaved staff. We wanted breakfast for guests at 0830AM and its delivery was ensured by 0800AM at our residence which at outskirts of city.Arrangements for lunch same day were also hassal free and on time as they took care of catering part very well.Would really recommend as good catering services provider in the area.

Nicely prepare the local taste. Non veg pre prepration too good. Mukesh ji (MS Caterer) took care of catering arrangements recently for me. We specifically needed food without onion/garlic and needed some customisation to the menu. He was very responsive and courteous. Even for advance payment, he asked to transfer only half the amount that I had proposed. He came on time along with his team and very efficiently set up everything, maintaining all hygiene. He also took care of neatly arranging chairs and tables. He himself was running around and taking care of things as needed. Food was sufficient in quantity. Right from the time I called him, Mr. Mukesh understoood my requirements for lunch and dinner for my Haldi ceremony and Sangeet.The food as I requested was North Indian the taste my family loves the most, he brought his people and freshly prepared food right on the very scheduled time as I asked him, prepared the dining setup nicely and neatly and even patiently waited for our guests when they were late by almost an hour; gives us an idea of his understanding nature. Its a good service for North Indian food, they came on time and service was good.

Food preparation and taste was good, the way I expected. But service needs improvement. You need to bring more people for service. For 10 item + kitchen (for live counter) + refilling , there were 4 people in total. They were missing items to serve.Please pay attention to service when you book them, taste wise you can relax.

I think this was the best catering services ever I experienced in Bangalore. Test was best. Staff were really attentive. Guests were really happy and were praising the experience they had.It was great and best service. I would really suggest others as well to try ms catering for unique, amazing and memorable moments. Recently we had Saraswati Puja celebration at our flat and MSCatarer arranged bengali breakfast(luchi and dum aloo) and north indian veg lunch buffet(8 items including salad & desert) for 35+ guests and they provided excellent service. Quality of food was really good and have been appreciated by all my guests. Specially the gulab jamuns they served were so extra ordinary which we hardly get in any Sweet Shop. They are very prompt on time. They utilized my balcony very well for serving the foods to the guests and they brought their own cutlery plates and spoons and water dispenser. Inside small flat where space is a concern they managed it very well and kept everything neat & clean. They made the entire process so hassle free for us.Specially I want to thank Mr Mukesh for taking all the hurdles and for making it smooth. All I can say is that Mukesh and his team made my day memorable. Not only the food, but the way it was served by staff was really overwhelming. I strongly recommend MS Caterers because they understand the requirements of a host perfectly and serve accordingly. 5 starts for nearly perfect experience. As a honest review, I would mention just one dish which I didnt find upto mark was Gulab Jamun. It was not soft throughout and a little lumpy in the middle. But as mentioned, all other items were exquisite and super tasty.

It was my daughters 1st birthday and found them on google, read the reviews and decided to go with them. Mukesh provided me a very good menu list and the food was very good. All our guest liked the food very much.Tasty, hot and on time food. Thank you for your service and I would definitely recommend them. However here is a piece of advise .Please be little feasible as it is needed in all business, dont be so strict with timings, little adjustments can be done sometimes you need to go a little extra mile for your customers.Over all I was happy with food, price and quality....
