My experience with Happy Catering was a total disaster, they agreed to do decoration and catering for a small birthday party and it went south because of,1) The decoration was not even half done, a shady arch fell down before the cake cutting and there was no other decoration. The decorators came half an hour before the party and they didnt even have machine to blow balloons, ended up me blowing balloons for them.2) The food came so late without the desert.3) No water arrangements done, they had a can but no bottom part; Kids were asking for water and yes happy caterers didnt know about it4) No matchstick to heat up food, this delayed the whole process of setting up food5) The food is getting late and I asked the one guy left to serve the Fruit Punch, it was so horrible that people couldnt drink and I had to arrange juice separately6) The staffs they sent were incompetent and dont know anything about managing a party. I agreed to pay more money than the normal standard cost to make sure that everything goes fine, but instead, they sent below average food (everyone was complaining and nobody had food properly) and unprofessional staff.Overall it was disastrous party because I hired these people to manage my party and it was phew. I would strongly recommend to not go for this vendor if you want to enjoy the party.
