Neatly maintained and well organised metro station. Security personnel would be strict in here and I like it that way. Metro closes post 10:30pm. There are free Toilets and drinking water. Escalators/lifts for elderly. There is even metro parking.

This is also called as JP Nagar Metro station which is Kanakapura road after Banashankari metro station. This metro station connects JP Nagar first, second and sixth phase closely along with some part of ISRO layout and Kumaraswamy layout. This also one of the cleanest metro station and you can moderately crowded throughout the day. The first metro train starts at 5:32 AM to Nagawara.

Metro Ⓜ Stations in Bangalore are very friendly and of low cost. Very fast and customer friendly service. Trains are available in every 10 minutes. These are better than UBER and BUS service. Because there is no traffic block. I really depend on these. Parking is available in this Metro Station

Namma Metro finally started at JP Nagar and I took my first Namma Metro ride and I was totally beaming with pride.Namma Metro means our metro and Bengaluru Metro is the second-longest metro network.😊There are two tracks - purple and green. The one at JP Nagar runs on the green track if you happen to see the map and the first station is at Yelachenahalli.The station is made in at par standards and looks classy, neat and well-kept. As soon you enter the station, there is a security check for each individual - head up to the 1st floor, where you ought to purchase the tickets.It is interesting how the plastic chips are your tickets which you need to scan for entering the nearest gate where the train arrives and drop it at your destination station at the RVCT installed( Remaining Value Checking Terminal).They have the customer care booth just before the RVCTs installed to have your queries answered. Even the folks at the ticket counter are really helpful with the information of the nearest metro stations to the needed destination.As you near the waiting station - there are guards warning you of not standing too close to the tracks. The trains run at a frequency of every 10 minutes.I must warn you - the trains get really full and finding a place to sit is almost impossible. And I am not surprised the majority of the Bengaluru folks are now opting for the metro ride, since it saves so much time. I think its good station, always clean and no crowd. Its very convenient place as its located just in the sarakki signal. To be frank there is no special its just same as other metro station. The only thing I like is that this station has no crowd due to that I always get place to sit inside metro.

Bangalore has really stepped up to keeping the metro stations neat and clean and jp nagar metro no different. The place is well kept. The official are helpful. The security personnel do a thorough checking. The safety of people getting in and out is taken care of. It just feels top notch.

It is one of the most well maintained metros of Bangalore... Unlike indiranagar Metro it has a washroom facility which provides the traveler with better comfort.... One bogey and lane is reserved only for women.... It is well secured with so many police men and women and private security on duty 24*7...the good thing is that u dont have to wait for the train.. Trains arrive at every 5 or 6 minutes... Sometimes they arrive earlier than expected

There are two Entry and Exit point, where in only one point has both Lift and Escalator, Where in the other point Doesnt have any Lift, it has only escalator. If you are comming from the Banashankari side, the left hand side entry point has both Lift and Escalator. So it would be helpful, because people with luggage or disabled or old people can alight at the entry where lift is thereThank you

Well it is a station with two platforms only. It proved to be a quite helpful station for me as i lived nearby. I hope it does for others too. Many destinations can be reached easily from here.

Its a metro station, what am I supposed to say about it? But hey, you got to do it for the points.The station is very close to Dayanand Sagar Institutions. A good auto will take you there for minimum (I say good because a lot of auto drivers ask for 30).As this is the second-last station (for now) on the southern arm of the metro green line, you will get a relatively empty train to board.

Only metro station in JP Nagar road. Exactly at sarakki signal. During peak hours, you can get a metro every 3 minutes. However rush is too much and metro is not able to take load. If you are in Majestic station, you will have to miss one metro to get inside. Government should expedite the process of getting new compartments. Also, frequency of buses to few places are less. Government should introduce feeder buses for most of the nearby routes. There are no buses to my place from this station.

This metro rail station is very In-Conveniently located at the far end of JP Nagar at Kanakapura Rd Junction.There is No bus facility to the rest of JP Nagar from this station.One will either have to walk or depend on Taxi, Auto or any other kind of personal or private transportation to reach to this station.However, once you reach the station, its a bliss to go to majestic and other places.
