Very bad service from Bajaj, worst experience from the service part, just for a general service and to change a chain sprocket and clutch cable they charged me 1800 just for labour and the total amount as 4600, even Honda doesnt charge so much. Worst experience ever.

They charge you so much for the labour, just for a clutch change and chain sprouts and general service. Very high price for service, very bad experience. Wont suggest anyone to service from here.

I purchased Avenger 220 cruiser from SV Bajaj on last week,I received awesome response from team, they are responsible from day one enquiry to delivery,Excellent and very supportive staffs in showroom, bike delivered on time.

Its a nice showroom with good collection of bikes. Had few difficulties regarding the deal the promised, as they denied few things after payment. As I was in a hurry in buying the bike I ignored.U will get good machines here, but not that great customer relation. Can improve

I went for bike servicing for the very first time and Mr s Khan was very cooperative.and also servicing was good.

Bad service👎🏼 Dont come to this service centre.They won’t reveal actual rate of parts while giving for service and the rate will be entirely different in bill.

The worst kind of service center I have ever seen in my life ...Recently bought Pulsar 220 in the same store and within 3000 kms I have found front disc bend and sound in magneto coil but the service technician is not at all worried about it and he has listed it in wear n tear parts ....Yesterday I gave the same bike for 3rd general service everything was good in bike just engine oil and indicator had to be replaced ,once after the service is completed they have billed me Rs1400 for the free service and I have found damage in the chain sprockets which was not an issue before ....The service people just plan to fool the customer and try to replace the spares even they are good .

Be it any service center, you should always have some knowledge about your bike, so that you could have a better understanding of the service done..Syed bhai is good at fixing RS200 issues, even he is good at installing after market accessories in your bike..before my long rides, they do a quick and honest check up of the bike as well

They change a parts unnecessarily, like airfilter ,sparkplugs etc , compare to other bajaj service , sv bajaj costs more price , please dont go there ,

They are no. 1 cheaters. I gave my bike for full service but they did only washing. Later when I checked and found they did not cleaned carborator but they charged 500 rs for servicing. Also their price is more than any other service centre.

These are not honest people. He told me he will only charge based on mrp but added rs 100 extra for a speedometer cable replacement.

At the beginning the service was great, I was extremely satisfied with the service, but recently they have serviced my pulsar, but there was sound coming from the front disc and they were unable to correct it, still the sound comes from the front disc. No idea where Ill resolve this.

Looks like second hand bikes selling show room please dont buy any bike from this show room.

I have done with first service for my NS 160,unnecessarly they charged extra amount compare to other service center(instead of 500 to 600 they have charged 1100).

I called them up asking if they will do bike servicing, they asked if it is free or paid and once I said its free they said they wont do it. And gives me suggestions like you should get it serviced wherever you bought it.
