I have bought WagonR from this dealer. Its a very bad dealer, please stay away from this dealer. They will offer so many things, once sales is done and you make the payment, they wont turn back. After sales, the customer service is pathetic. Not provided fast tag details. They will not pick your calls. Request you to stay away from this fraud people.

Always cheating and interested in booking amount.Once you pay the booking amount then they will play like hell.At least 20k they will loot from you.

I bought a new Dezire and had a very bad experience. The sales executive is Mr Meharam and delivery executive is Mr Harsha. The general explanation of car during the new car handover was not done properly. I was not handed over the SD card and cable to use the infotainment system. When I followed back by going to the showroom, I was given the SD card and I was told to purchase the cable which generally comes by default. Overall, not a good customer service and dont recommend any one buying in this showroom

Good deals and discounts given. Though the delivery took some time the promised offers were given. The general manager can be approached for any issues and he helped us getting the delivery smooth. Sales person Dinesh was also helpful in giving test drives and explaining features of the car and assisted as and when needed

We bought a Maruti Swift from Kataria, Domlur Bangalore.It was a great experience. We needed the car to be delivered within a week. The Sales person from Kataria, Mr Romeo came to our home. He provided all the details we needed. We discussed about the price and the price quoted by Mr Romeo was the best when compared with prices quoted by other dealers.Within 4 days the car was delivered. Insurance, RTO, accessories etc, everything was taken care of.Great experience with Kataria and Mr Romeo. We would certainly go back to them when we plan to buy our next car.

Had bad experience with accessories and fastag. (1) What ever accessories they committed before vehicle booking, was not given to me. Whatever they had in stock, they gave that to me. (2) the fastag they gave was not working. When I made a complain they just checked and told that from our side no problem, check with bank. When I went to concerned bank, they told it was not pasted properly. The kataria guys did not support me well to resolve both the above issues.

I bought a Maruti Suzuki Swift VXI AMT. Had a very bad experience with the sales person Mohan! He misused the cars advance amount of Rs.40000; which delayed the car delivery by almost a month. He sold me wheel covers for Rs.1500 which inturn comes with car. Seriously he was a worst sales person who I have dealt with. Also, he talks in a very rude way which will make your BP go up.Mr. Romeo is rather a better person to deal, with a better responsibility. Hence if you are going to the showroom it is better to have him as your sales person.

Purchased New Maruthi Dzire Zxi+ Variant on January 7th 2019, Showroom executive promised floor mat, back pillow etc while booking of the car in december. But while delivery of the car all the promised accessories were missing, after continuous demand from us then only showroom executive agreed to give the accessories that he agreed for.* Car delivery was delayed almost 3 hours.* Car Rear Bumper had a small dent on which showroom executive carefully covered it with ribbon.** so please do check the body of the car before taking delivery.
