What a lovely place. Right in the middle of Forum Neighbourhood Mall. You can sip your frappe and lazily observe the hustle bustle of the mall. Theres Crosswords next to it, so if you buy a book to read over your coffee, nothing like that. Its a good place to zone out. 😊As for us, our batteries drained after walking 3 floors, so we decided to splurge and have something sweet. I opted for Lychee Lavender Frappe (non-coffee) and my friend selected extra mean chocolate muffin. Frappe was heavenly. It was not too sugary, yet had that fruity goodness to it. It was beautifully presented as well. The guy who served us was very courteous and seemed to know his job well. Chocolate muffin, as expected, was extra chocolaty, with big chunks of chocolate in it. They could work of keeping the place more neat though. When we walked in, the place looked like a library, with newspapers stacked and sprawled over every table.If I ever visit this place again (its 15 km from where I live), I am definitely going to visit this CCD again.

Awesome... The Café Coffee day is located @ ground level centre of the Forum mall. Peaceful location to have a cup of coffee ☕. And Staff response and responsibility well fine.

Just another standard and genuine CCD outlet in the mall.

Not a good experience to share. The place is a open area in the mall, and it seems all the noise around is focused towards the centre. And there are the flies that you can play with. To top it off, comes the billing person, who would love to get the bill higher by making it seem like extras are part of the drink. Only good thing, my drink was okay and the person who served it was nice.

Set in an open place within the mall, this cafe coffee day has a good ambiance. Other than that, its just as good as any other coffee day.The big turn off are the annoying flies that were almost causing nuisance at all tables. Maybe the staff should do something about it.

Expensive for the product and quality offered. Its getting worse day by day and now they have a chilli cheese toast which doesnt come with a cheese. You can imagine the rest of the items as well.

Last week went here while visited to watch Bollywood movie in inox. its fine

Worst ccd I have ever been to.. flies/mosquitoes are here and there ..could have uploaded a picture if there have been an option. And about their cappuccino -- ewww feel like drinking watery milk with 1% of coffee in it.

Avoid visiting this place. Today I ordered classic lemonade, may be the worst lemonade I ever drank in my life. May be I shouldnt even call it a lemonade, its some flavoured water with some ice cubes.
