Good place as we get many options but they need to improve safety precautions during this pandemic. My suggestion is if you decide to visit please carry a hand sanitizer with u.

Staffs were polite but the place was not that clean. And there was too much coffee in everything. Its a quite place. Went back to CCD after many years and realized how expensive it had become.

Good to hang out for a cup of aromatic & authentic coffee beans. The coffee aroma makes your senses feel relaxed. Great for evening coffee & snacks. Its price is little high but considering its interiors, quality, taste its reasonable.Parking space is available in the Bangalore Central basement for four & two wheelers. Good staffs. Decent range of snacks. Packed chips, cookies, coffee beans etc are also available for purchase. Located at the ground floor of Bangalore Central.

Worst staff behaviour, doesnt have any courtesy or whatsoever. I am not going to this branchs cafe ever again and would suggest the same to my friends as well. Horrible experience neither the food was worth the price nor the behaviour of staff person. I would rate zero if had an option.

As a connoisseur of coffee I find both the quality, taste and service here pathetic. Most of the times person who takes order never remembers to serve it. The coffee we get outside for 10 rs is better then the coffee they server here. I would only recommend going there if you want a clean place to hang out for some time .

The coffee day is a chain of stores. You can have a good time with friends while having coffee. The coffee day also have snacks like sandwich. They also have cackes for birthdays or jst to have a slice there. You can also buy the merchandise from coffee day like mugs coffee beans etc..

I had the worst eating experience at this CCD, Central Mall, Bellandur. Both the hot chocolate that I had and the cappuccino that my wife had was watery. It seemed like they used some corn flour than milk that day. I am determined to make this known to all, as this is so frustrated i did feel after a nice pizza at Puzza Hut, I wanted some good coffee instead of sodas. CCD coffees and sandwiches have been our standard inter-meal snacks. However this turned out horrific. My wife got hers replaced but still below standard. I’d really like to hear what CCD management have to say about this. Till then I’d advise avoid this place.

Visited yesterday and had ordered Sizzle Dazzle Brownie but it was neither sizzling nor hot !! At max it was lukewarm. Didn’t like it at all.

I had such a worst experience with this branch of CCD. The staff doesnt know how to behave with the customers. They dont have minimum sense of how to treat the customers. I received the wrong order, n when told the staff , he didnt convey the proper message to manager. They treat customers as if we are their servants or something. They called me n made me wait to talk to him just because he was busy. They served the wrong order n rudely asked us to pay for it. The staff has the rudest behavior iI have seen ever. Our ordor was given in installments n too late. All i can is Lazy staff with rudest n inappropriate behavior with customers especially with ladies n non-kannadiga people.

Very small and congested place in central mall, its casual place not cosy like other CCD, varities are also less, even due to lack of staff they take time to deliver any items to you. Mosquitos present if you seat inside area, brownie sizzler chocolate was good but sticks to the pan they could prepare it well.

Not maintained well. Tables are sticky and dirty. When told one of the staff to clean, the person wiped it with dirty wipe. Guys use Colin!! Or soap water!!!
