Got internet from this guy. They were not able to handle internet but OK with cable tv

One of the worst broadband and cable TV . They take money on time but never solve the service issues. When I was trying to surrender they were behaving like roudies with abusing language. Simply waste of money.

They provide very good service & apart from this they have very good internet plans than other local internet service providers.

Dont choose really horrible service tv cable at least weekly thrice u ll face problem for sure so never go for it they take advance and never return u back its a weast of money instead go for private networks like sun direct videocon dishtv..! Pathetic response and rude behaviourEven for digital cable TV they are charging more they dont provide monthly bills. If we ask for Bill they provide random bills that are in others name! I have shared screen short online is charging for channels I have chosen but here in office they are charging more. Before choosing cable tv think twice ask them details about the charges.

I, Strongly recommend NOT to opt for this very very sub-standard connection & services. One of the worst way to track usage & billing process. Poor connectivity & almost zero customer services. Please dont waste your money. Look for some better options.

Even if you renew it on time.. internet does not work!Very poor customer service.. no one answers calls!!They need to be disciplined about their business and needs a lot of improvements.

The company is run by goons. You will face lof of trouble with billing, surrendering connection and changing plans. Strongly recommended not to subscribe through them.

Worst service by S M cable Net, they come for collection on 1st day of month but when it comes for service or any outage they dont bother to pick phones during outages and make all customers panic. Some of their phones switch off when we really need update during cable tv outages

Internet speed is not stable, I have taken 100mbps speed plan from smcable but with 100mpbs also youtube video is hanging. Very worst service provide I ever met. will not recommended to anyone. No support even 100 of calls.

Pathetic, Mr Mahendra tells that he cannot service.. and asks people to go for some other internet connection... trying to find out head of sm cable so that can complaint..

Internet service is hassle free so far..But the person who come for cable connection is very rude. Very pathetic experience.

Highly irresponsible cable network. Never turns up when we raise complaint. Comes and goes gets money but the issue reported will still be there. They are taking the advantage of only cable network in the area and are acting too lathargic.The guy who comes to repair behaves rudely. No respect to elders. He comes and collects the monthly rent sharply on 1st of every month. But for fixing up issues we need to call him nearly 6 to 7 times minium.Sincere request to ppl out there staying nearby .,dont opt for this cable network. Pay extra and get dish. Which is far better.

Worst service. Took connection in March 2017 as plans were good. If it rains no internet, slightly windy no internet, no power no internet, random disconnection. But that is not even the worst part, the guys who come for installation and service are the worst and extremely rude. Even threaten for calling to complain. Better donate your money than take connection from them. Wish google would have negative ratings just for these guys. Improve your service or you will shut down soon.

I never recommend SM Cable & Internet to anyone even for my enemy also. They loot customers money. When you take fresh cable connection, they will ask for the higher deposit(1800Rs). Cable connection is also not stable. Everytime you will get an error. Atlast i got frustrated, when i went to cancel my connection. They said we will deduct 50℅ of my deposit. When i asked the reason for deducting 50%, they refuse to say the reason. Also they deduct money for remote as well. I purchased remote recently and when i surrender the connection, they deduct 100rs again. Totally they dont bother abt customers and looting customer money in the name of deposit. Atlast i felt cheated. I strongly recommend to go with DTH if you shifted recently to Chikkathogguru area because no one else is there to provide good service in place of this SM Cable & Network. Beware of SM Cable. These people doesnt deserve any star and doesnt deserve to do business as well

I am changing my rating to 1 star , worst connection, no full up time, connection droppings are more.in spite of many complaints no response from support team, i would say nill support.and also lot of attitudes from support persons. not professional.... I cant say more than this. because they are not worth for good comments.

Better throw your money in well or burn it rather than taking broadband from him.NO 1 CHEAT and WORST SERVICE IN BANGALORE.I trusted this person and paid him 6 months advance amount and he said the modem is free and any issue will be solved in 30 mins. Then from the second day the issues started.No internet if internet comes for a 7 mbps pln only 256 KBPS provided..No complain number given everytime you call he treats it as fresh complain,Even visiting his office does not help.their person comes weeks after giving continuos complains.When i went for disconnection he took the modem back saying only servce is free and modem is 1300 rupess. He deducted 1300 rupees from my advance payment. Dont ever fall in trap of this cheat.

They doesnt care about the customers. One time when I ask him why network is going down frequently, he beat the customer and even he doesnt care about ladies. Very worst dont prefer this. We should give police complaint on them.
