Very bad network service, we need to pled and stay behind them leaving our work n comfort in spite of paying bills on time!!. They wont pick call when there is an issue and no proper response. Feels very bad and devastating that there is no other good alternative network provider in this surroundings.

One of the worst service.They answer your call only while installation and payment. If you call them for any issue they will ask us to call other number who never even bother to answer your calls.Please refrain from this network

I will not even give them 1 star but no other option, the worst of worst service providers i have ever come across my entire life, i suggest everyone who is looking for new connection to go with dish connection if you use these guys 10 days fore sure youll not get cable in a month & contacting them is the worst part you can even connect to god bot not these guys.... if u register an complaint you have to wait for 3 to 4 days to get it ready that too if you shout at them, i payed my bill 1 week in advance & still they disconnect our service by the time i contact them to re-activate the cable it would be 2 days without cable.... i strongly recommend everyone (exciting & New customers) to use dish connection of any company & also internet service from any other service providers... or you can experience the worst ever service from Master Cable Network.... all the good comments you see is posted by themselves.

Worst possible service, the network keeps breaking and no fix by the ISP. They keep saying maintenance and itll get fixed soon almost everyday.Best to stay away from them and seek something else

Dear All.... Its really sad about their service... We have shifted here newly and from past 20days we are asking for the connection... They are least bother to do so... Even I hesitate to give a single star also... Very bad service. We visited their office also and requested them for the connection... Everyday same story today will be given... But till now no connection... I request all to better go for any outer connection who atleast care for our words... Today on this post day we had visited their office 4 times... And no response... We had not asked for free and they feel like so... I really dont know what to say...

Indias worst master cable network connection give the commitment never does it commitment that you will do the cable and internet connection to my house almost 20 days over still it is not been done public be careful with master cable internet connection network they dont do any work

Worst ever experience. The technician will never even pick the call to receive the complainants and queries. Theres a problem with their connection every month no idea why and after repeated requests and continuous calling, almost after a week they turn up to check the connection.

Bad internet connection

From past 3 days cabel is not coming and no channels are active , but when we not pay money within one day u guys disconnect the connection ,from 3 days I have visited almost 10_15 times your office .very pethatic service .

One of the worst internet service providers in the area. Havent had connection for more than five days and they dont seem to pick up their phones. Went by the store to see why he wasnt receiving our calls, and to our surprise the person in charge was fast asleep 😴. They keep making promises they cant keep. So basically youd end up with your internet getting disconnected every few days and running around to get what you paid for is quite the hassel.

Very slow in everything.. Right from getting the connection to taking care of complaints.. Dont have any other option but to go for it.. Even the plans are dated and overpriced compared to completion.. One good thing speed is good when the Internet is working.. Thats why 3 stars

Well ive got this connection yesterday, theyve very much changed from then, new plans are affordable too. Customer service is great too. Had problem yesterday after connection which the technician came and told me that me and another subscriber were using the same ip because of which when he was logging in, i was getting logged out and so on which the technician came and fixed. No issues after then, speed is consistent as it is an FTTH. Theres no other isp in this area. Tikona is there but never think of using it. They will charge you full even if your internet is not working half the month, plus speed you get is below average, since its not an FTTH connection, connecting is wireless and not reliable, bad weather, climate change can change your internet usability. Go for airwire, they got good plans plus good speed. Technician is friendly too. I booked and they put the connection in like 2 hours. Just make sure while after getting activated ask them if your ip is matching with anyone else, if yes ask them to give a unique ip. Ill post a review in one month again. Im posting an image of new plan too.
