Yesterday i went there to purchase bed & mattress, Attitude of staff was horrible..they behave as though they own the showroom. Broken english, to my surprise the sales person didnt know the difference between inches and feet...majority of sales person were on mobile watching movies in some corner least bothered about customers. Please dont waste your hard earned money...not worth the price...if you ask for discount the sales person behaves as though he is doing us a favour...pathetic experience at Showroom near D Mart Hosur road. Visited the place sometime back.. Sales women satya behaviour is pathetic..She is very rude as if she is the owner.. Very unpoilte. Dropped the idea of purchasing there anything due to such unpleasant experience.

Bad experience. Arrogant sales staff. Just walked out disgusted. Some sales guy named Dileep/Pradeep - forgot the exact name. They should get better trained people. What a bad experience!

Very bad attitude of the sales people. Went with a specific furniture in mind. A salesperson named Pradeep - such annoying attitude that we simply left; got a deal from Simply Sofas. Pity the owners who employ such disinterested employees.Dont bother giving good money to such badly trained staff.

Bought a mattress from their Bed of Dreams range. Given the current pandemic situation, I called and asked them to share the catalogue over WhatsApp. Mr Divakar promptly shared it and answered all my questions and helped me in choosing the right mattress. He also arranged a credit card machine to be sent to my home , thereby avoiding any need to step out. Finally, the product was delivered on time in excellent condition. Overall, I highly recommend GLE if you are looking for luxury furniture.
