Very sad methodology of sales. A common mans understanding on Dinning table set is that it would include the chairs too. How ever people in Royal Oak are not common people, that is why they sell in parts. I guess they buy their cars and others goods also in parts.. keep it up.

Good malayasian collection of furniture. It has multiple outlets, out of which Koramangala outlet has good collection in 3 floors. The range covers most of the readymade home furniture. They announce sale 2-3 times in a year. Some of these are independence day and other off seasons. Discounts can be from 15 to 50% during special sale.

Mr. Ajay - Manager of Customer service. Helped in the delivery of our product furniture and book shelf. We had ordered on April 04 , 2021. But due to lock down later our product was delivered after 2 months on June 15 th 2021. During these times Mr. Ajay helped in smooth process of delivery even after 2 months of waiting. I would like to thank Mr. Ajay and his team for delivery of our product.

Excellent Service at the store. Sales person Damodaran was at good help in selecting the products. However we has postponed the Delivery since we were out of station. The store people was following up, and i said the delivery did not happen due to the above said reason, they said they will update me but they did not, so i had to recall in the number which was the customer care number and it asked me for the order details, and informed about the delivery postpone by me. This delivery details was already communicated to me by Damodaran and it was good follow up. Must visit for good products

Worst experience! Dont ever buy from this store or Royal oak. They promise something just because they want to sell but oncebthe sale is done its a garbage to them, they would dump the product and wont bother at all. Worst part is they dont respond your calls also, literally have to run behind them..

Just worst experience I had with this Brand, I had purchased worth of 1.5 Lakhs material here a month ago and till now entire purchase is not yet delivered and the delivered things didnt get installed yet as they are delivered in bad condition and finally thos which were installed were having issues.. When trying to reach customer support and Store manager they are blocking the number.. rather than to serve the issue.. will see few more weeks.. if not sorted out.. for sure.. approach consumer court!Most of the products are origin from China! 🤦🏽

Have ordered a short rack. The experience was absolutely smooth. The product is very good. The person (Dhananjaya) who assembled it was very gentle and polite. Overall all good experience.

Delivered products were good. The staffs spoke courteously and also were helpful to show and explain the available options. I had ordered bed and wardrobe in the month of Feb 2021 but called recently to get it fixed. The staffs responded in the same courteous manner and the service was also quick.

Ordered Dinning chairs, which had delivered damage twice, and third time there was a minute problem. when requested for exchange they are giving reason that as per there norms only replacement is possible, exchange is not and havent considered my request.To get replacement I had end up spending couple of my days in phone calls with their customer care and visiting store.Store manager Shabeer had promised to give resolution, which was also a fake promise.Costumer care was not responding properly, and the same with store also, I dont think they bother customer at all.

I am giving one star as it’s mandatory otherwise I wouldn’t have given even a star. While buying, they say everything will be fine and be delivered on time. We ordered a dining table along with many other items. Two times we received damaged item. Its been 2 months and still we didn’t receive dining table. For them warranty starts from the day of billing and now we dont have dining table but till warranty period is going on. Their customer service is most pathetic service in the whole world. There is no peace of mind from the past two months. They don’t have any communication among the installation guy, delivery guy. We as a customer should keep calling them and convey the info like product damage photos, feedback and signed receipt from installation guy to the royal oak people. After repeated calls they say that there is no stock available thats why you got damaged product. If these guys know that the product is not available, why the hell do these sell? We bought furniture here because of the brand. I regret a lot now. We still didn’t get any dining table. God knows when they will deliver us. No tracking available. All we need to do call them and beg them to give our product. Pathetic brand and pathetic people here. All liars and bogus company. If it continues for even longer, I will definitively look for any legal option to tackle this.Don’t buy any furniture here. Better go for a local shops who will give the same quality and can be customised as per our choice and we can track their work.

More than a month and no delivery for product nor answering my calls. What sort of establishment is this. Furniture worth 40000 and they nicely take the payment but dont respond nor deliver the items.

Installation service was really good. Nadeem Ahmed helped us in quick installation of this product and guided how to maintain this sofa etc.

They have good furniture stock but i was looking for morden contemporary furniture which would fit in my requirements. But I couldnt find it in the store.

We have book the King size bed 1 month back to Royaloak Koramangala branch and paid the amount also and they have committed to deliver the bed in 15 days and already passed 1 month.Now we are trying to connect with them through calls or messages ,no one responding to us. Even tried reach them everyday 10 times on call or message and there contact number is switched off. Now, dont know whether we will get the delivery of the bed or not. This is really a pathetic customer service. This is one of my worst experience that the brand like Royaloak Furniture have this kind of service. I think these people maintaining the few good reviews by paying money only.

Poor quality furniture at premium price. Never buy from here. All store displayed items are delivered and we cant open until technician comes who will setup the furniture but when we see underneath the sofas all are poorly made wood with too many rough edges and broken areas with duct tapes.

I ordered dining set and shoe rack from here. They committed to deliver shoe rack in one month and paid full amount. But they didnt receive my calls till 2 months, so I finally visited the store and got to know that theyve stopped making that product. How can a company take an order and then refuse to prepare it. This is so unprofessional.Then they refused to refund the amount and asked me to purchase anything else from store. So, I finally decided to go with display piece which had a lot of scratches. Then on the name of discount they just gave me 600 discount which is nothing for 17000 shoe rack.Dining set quality is good.

Also Mr Prakash who was very good to help us choose as per his experience & choice of best budgeted furniture. Manager of the shop Mr Sheikh was very helpful to coordinate with warehouse on delivery of the products despite the lockdown timings of operations & timely delivery to our location. Also in the end the installation team Mr Reddy who was punctual, timely, hygienic with all safety Covid protocols with his Proffessional skills fitted & installed all our furniture on time. Very bad purchase. There are repeat issues. Initially the service happened on time and now they are taking more time. Only company to ask advance payment for solving repairs. Highly disappointed with the after sales service. Showrooms don’t give clarity on after sales service and terms after purchase. Won’t recommend.

Trained bluff masters , non responsive customer care support even after sending many emails from months, phone numbers are never reachable , selling low quality/might be used products, STAY AWAY and SAVE MONEY.. already sent 30 + emails looping all possible royal oak contacts...Bought sheesham dining table set.. which I was told that it is long lasting and high quality wood.but its NOT....I sent many emails/follow ups from 3 months on the quality...that white fungus is growing ..Im fed up with cleaning on weekly basis...it would be great if you can cancel my order..and refund my money

We bought a corner sofa ( L shape ) from Royal Oak. It was a unique piece and a good value for money purchase. Everyone was professional and helpful throughout the process - while selecting, purchasing and then getting it delivered and installed. Manager Surendra was very helpful and assisted in the end to end process and it was delivered and installed well on time.The only thing that they could improve is the coordination in delivering and installing! The main number and alternate numbers were almost always called at the same time which caused confusion and additional work. Also the automated delivery message part could have been explained a not more clearly to ensure fewer calls to the customer, to coordinate delivery.Very satisfactory experience otherwise!!

Worst service provider I have ever come across. I purchased a product over a month ago and it’s still not delivered. I keep calling them every day and customer service is also pathetic, most of the time they don’t even understand my query. Absolutely clueless about their job and start blaming each other . Kindly refrain from buying here, they just have big name which is of no use. Will never ever go to royal oak. Give my money back !!I have also emailed twice to customer care . But no reply, you have just set up auto response to comments with one star . What kind of service is this ? You think we are fools to accept this kind of behaviour towards customers . Taking legal action against you all is the only way. Looting hard earned money .Thanks Sathya raj for coming in early and doing the sofa fitting , one thing I dint have to follow.

This shop provides with no good services for the customers where in the employees respond in a good manner until the product is bought by the customer and later they are not bothered even when the complain was raised and also they do not respond to the customers properly. I genuinely feel that these people are cheating the customers in lot ways. Even after the request for the replacement, the company is not taking any initiative to respond to the customers after making many calls. I think it is the basic responsibility to keep the customer highly satisfied in which the royal oak company is failing to the maximum. Do not do the same kind to any other customer who blindly invest on your products this is not accepted in any ways. Better do the needful on this complaints failing which will result in bad action on the company.

Got the product online and Im happy with the product. Dhananjaya and Murgesh were the person who got the product installed and they were polite.

Worrest customer service, I have purchased dining set from Royaloak and I shifted my house and asked Royaloak customer service to do re installation they said send a mail to support team I send mail and I am waiting from 1 year till now no response from them. While purchase time they promised they can do re installation at any time, but now no response. Even its not free service and I said I will pay for that even I called number of times every time they are saying send mail. So dont buy any product from the Royaloak.
