The post-sales experience at RoyalOak Banaswadi is the exact opposite of the in-store experience - unprofessional and not befitting an honest business. The bookshelf we received is faulty - the door is bent. Even after a month of follow-up, it still has not been fixed. Their managers/employees do not answer calls and the ones who do, are unhelpful. They wont give a refund even though they deliver damaged items, and RoyalOak does not have the time or responsibility to fix them.

Great store for people wants to shop home furniture. be it modular kitchen, modular wardrobe, TV units sofa, dining, bed set, essential, recliner and decor. One can find economic to premium range as wel.

RoyalOak Internatonal Brands are manufactured locally, I took sofa on August 2020 from Airport Road, within a year it is damaged, low quality rexin, from day one I am complaining, no one responded and replaced sofa, dont buy products from RoyalOak, they manufacture low quality furniture and they are selling at high prices, I paid 43k for L shape sofa but within year no value for it. Royaloak products are low quality products, service is also not good. Dont visit any of the branch in Bangalore, more or less products are high price, low quality.

Nice staff with lot of collections vudget friendly

Ordered a new dining table and post installation found these issues. Its not even a week from the day the installation is done, the paint is already waring out from the chair.. Even after posting a complaint on through the customer care email, there was an executive who visited my place and confirmed that if he tries to fill the gap with paint, it will look like patch work, hence he went back. Post that, I have sent 2 emails to he customer care as they have provided this faulty product, but havent heard anything from the customer care executive. This is pathetic experience from Royal Oak. Do not buy any product from them they are just cheaters!!!! Royal Oak sucks!!!

Royal Oak is one of the worst places to buy furniture. We picked up a Levante king size bed with hydraulic storage two weeks ago.From the word go it was the most horrible experience. The delivery guys made us wait for 3 hours for deliverySecondly the technician who came for installation was Ill mannered guy who didnt have any manners to speak and deal with customer. Everyday were only given false assurances but no resolution .The bed hydraulic doesnt work and company is least interested to attend to calls or respondBeware of purchasing anything from royal Oak. Pathetic customer service

Touseef was a great guy who showed each and every item in the store and made my visit very worthy.Store has good variety and range of products at a very reasonable price and with amazing quality.

As of now this store has a great collection and a good staff. I have paid for a cot and am expecting delivery in 7 days. Lets see how well it goes on from here.

This outlet and others around the city has always satisfied my needs. The range and cost has always been to my liking. I would go try many other furniture places but eventually end up here and buy from here. They said delivery would take upto 5 days but it arrived within 2 days. Well done team!!My only grouse is that we perhaps were there during staff lunch time and they were very thinly staffed, seems to be in a hurry and sometimes disappeared for long durations.

Collection is fine but one major issue, most of the items on sale are last piece and they wont even repair the damaged product before selling instead would ask the customer to fix it themselves after buying. Didnt like the store managers behavior.. active only for people buying expensive product like sofa or bed and not for those coming to buy normal stuff like shoe rack, side table etc.

Easy to locate as its near to main road, has parking space too.There are various floors for different categories of furniture..Now exchange is going on but they take only sofa with cushion not other type of furniture.

Bought a out door table from them 2 days back .The sales person took the phone from my husband saying that he will open the link for him to review their store. But he gave 5 star review by himself however, before he submit it we got the phone back . Did not like their behaviour at all.

Bought few chairs from Royal OAK banswadi . Such a cheap quality stuff that it got damaged in less than 6 months . Please stay away from Royal OAKEdited -Mr Ajay ( CC Manager) telephoned me and assure to fix the damage by 30 July 2021 without any cost . Appreciate the quick response and the assurance given . Ajay had also shared his number and asked to directly contact him in case of any future issues . Updated the rating based on this great gesture. Thanks Ajay . Further I will revisit and edit the rating post the repair tomorrow .Edited 03 Aug 2021They have come and repaired free of cost as promised by Mr Ajay. Updating the star to 4Looks like its not Royal Oak issue, but its the chair brand ROY seems to be of cheap quality and priced high !

I have purchased the office chair from the Royal oak official site. I have received the chair within 4 days and the next day installation was done by the technician, But the same day I got the issue with the chair it makes a big noise and the fitting was not done properly screw came out and I contacted the support people, but no one is responded. My Suggestion is People Please dont purchase the Chair from the Royal Oak.I gave the complaint last month, But still, no one is responding from the Royaloak. I really feel very bad for purchased an office chair from the Royaloak. Please people dont buy any product from Royaloak. Theyre cheaters.

We were looking for office table and chair for work from home (WFH) setup. Started looking at all online stores, searched on Google, but most were charging delivery and installation charges, approx ₹600/furniture. And many times product in real looks very different than online. Comfort of chair, height compatability,ergonomics is very hard to decide just by looking at a photo online.These were the main reasons, we decided to visit Berlynoak in Banaswadi. Special thanks to Ruchita for showing all furniture options and answering the questions asked by us.We got what we were looking for at reasonable cost, delivery was done the very next day and installation the day after.Very professional staff and delivery+ installation was done to perfection. We paid no delivery and installation charges.Options may be limited if you compare with Royaloak. But both the shops represent the same company and delivery, installation team is also same, its just that they have separate shops.

I generally dont share reviews. I have purchased a king size sheesham bed from this store which came with a good quality fortunately. A year later few slats missed during transportation and there after its a complete mess. They say its a discontinued product and no longer support for service. The customer service center folks doesnt respond and even if they do, they point to one service person in Bangalore, who never responds to the calls or messages or emails. The store managers are looting the money whilst promising full lifetime service.BEAWARE OF THE PATHETIC SERVICE BEFORE YOU BUY

We were furnishing a Boutique Hotel in Dollars Colony. While looking at different options we came across Royal Oak furniture. We were interested in solid wood furniture for furnishing all our suites. We reached out to the online team and were put onto Vignesh and Anish from the Bangalore Online Department. We then had a look at all the required furniture at the Banaswadi outlet. The prices were very competitive and quality was also good. We picked up the entire room furniture like Bed ( Audi King Size Bed), Side table, TV unit , Study table, Luggage rack and some Sofa sets and Dining tables.The entire time right from ordering to final delivery we had very good support from Vignesh. He was always available and made the whole process of delivery and installation very easy.We have been running for 3 months and have received lot of compliments for our decor.We are very happy with our purchase at Royal Oak.

Their customer service is not good. They have delivered a chair. No one has come for installation. The royal oak customer care number is a joke. No one picks up.When I enter the order number on the bill, it says the order number is incorrect. Just not the experience you want.

I had bought king size bed of Rs.48000/- in October. In May it’s hydraulic lever god bend and is not working From May we are following up with sales and service team.. Trust me their complete team is pathetic and just false promise on the rectification. They had sent technician on July 10 and he advised for hydraulic replacement but no one turned up. Today i.e Aug 27th one technician visited but he do not know what is the issue it’s self and went back.. One sincere request to all who purchase, please go for local vendor it’s self. This Royal Oak company is just sales and after sales you just have to roam around them begging for the solution which you won’t get even after paying hefty..

Have been chasing Royal Oak in Bangalore for more than a day to visit my house and give me an estimate to repair this electric recliner. Only reply I received was that they would call me back in 10 mnts. First they asked for a payment of 300 to be sent to their account before sending anyone. I requested if I could pay when they visit. After checking with their manager they agreed. After that I have been chasing them to get someone sent. I and my friends have spent lakhs buying allkind of furniture from Royal Oak and this is the service they provide. If this is the service they provide then better be warned. I expected a lot more and better service from this company.

Last year around November/December Quite a few furniture like SOFA SET,Sofa Table,DINING TABLE WITH 6 CHAIRS etc. At that time Everything was delivered,fitted and installed as it should be.All these items were delivered to my New Apartment in KANAKPURA ROAD @ PRIMUS REFLECTIONS SENIOR LIVING APARTMENT. While setting up my Apartment;in the Process because of Heavy weight due to GRANITE TOP, the legs got twisted on account of some mechanical failure. Only sale. No service at all.Technician came to fit thr table. He forgot to put 2 screws. We raised and its been 8 days no response anyone. Sales person to sales manager all same. Designs are good. But service is pathetic. Avoid such places. Sales person name Dinesh.

Pathetic service. New dining table. Chairs are not polished properly. Chairs are wobbling. Cushions not attached to the chairs. Must be old chairs. Totally unacceptable product. Please never ever buy from them. How can they deliver without checking the furniture. Very bad. Highly dissatisfied. All the chairs corners are worn out. Sheesham wood quality can have that many issues is not understandable. Poor sheesham quality. I wont be surprised if sheesham is fake.The manager is totally indifferent to the concern. It’s a fraudulent deal. There is a quality issue. Grinding and polishing issue is there. The technician came and rubbed the unpolished areas with coconut oil and a marker to hide those areas. I need a replacement. The manager Abdul is totally indifferent to the concern. There is no response from his end despite calling him repeatedly after he promised that he will send a technician for polishing the chairs again and get the repair work done. Please do not trust these guys. They are totally fake people making fake deals. They just take money and does nothing after that. Highly irresponsible guys.

Bought expensive sofa online.1 - got delivery after 1 month.2 - one of the sofa legs were missing.3 - other parts were different colorTheres no customer care service. whatsapp number is given which is responded by bot that keeps asking order id.I even mailed them. no response.The guy that came to assemble was not at all professional. He attached the legs in the opposite direction first.
