I have purchased a sofa set. Has been using the sofa for five days and generally happy so far (seem to be good quality). The owner and the staff inside are very friendly. I would have given better rating unless I faced horrible delivery experience. Initial plan was to get the delivery at the night since the next day was a working day. Delivery was promised At night we were informed that delivery wont happen that day and will happen next day morning. Hence, I had to take half day off the next day at first. When the delivery was delayed further, I had to make that full day off. Then comes the worst part. I gave Rs 200 as a tip to the delivery guy and he wont leave and insists (like bargaining and begging) and not leaving the house. I kind of felt ashamed. I gave 100 more, still he is not leaving. Finally intimidated and gave tip at the will of the delivery person, for a delivery that was late by a day and caused me to take the day off and bargaining with us like anything, shaming us. I would like everyone who are buying from there to have a conversation with the store staff and owner in the presence of delivery guys so that you can use the hard earned money for yourself and tip the delivery guys at your will.

We went to purchase sofa and dinning table . Manager/owner is bit rigid kind where he is not willing to reduce even 1k also also for 67k worth items . He will sticking to word as fixed rate only . We have asked for customized sofa and dinning table where he has promised in 20 days delivery with best quality wood in the market . Waiting for it. Designs here is above average .

Hi, I had been to Poonam furniture recently for getting my wooden furniture polished... they quoted a reasonable price.. but went to them 3 times for them to tell me the material cost.. the guy never turned up inspite of me going 3 times there.. ultimately called another polish guy and got it done at home... the white guy also was of no help... THESE guys are UNRESPONSIVE.. would suggest not to explore with them...

Good products with no warranty and after sales service. Bought a study chair 4 months back, was promised after sales service with warranty of 1 year. 4 months of use, the plastic wheels have started breaking and coming out. Contacted in person twice, every time they say - they will send technician to fix, been a week. No response yet. Pathetic service.

I have booked a study table and paid an advance amount for this.They (Poonam furniture) will talk so nicely up to collecting the advance amount. Once the advance amount is collected, the response getting from them is not good. Very poor response.

We bought a furniture some 6 month before within 1 month , the wood inside the furniture started breaking, we requested poonam furniture near hosa road to repair it but they did not bother do anything about it.. qwality is very bad... Sheer Sheer waste of money

I Purchased one Sofa thinking that they will prepare from factory with good quality material, but once i got my sofa delivered i regret of buying a product from there, only with in few weeks i found the sofa is not at all comfortable to sit and upper foam is getting displaced...they have used very low quality material and it is absolutely not value for money, kindly do not think of buying any item from here...worst experience

Unprofessional and cheater. Never ever go for it. Had an horrific experience. Ordered 2 cots and 2 tables delivered with different colors and unfinished finishing.Asked to complete it and being followed many times finally had to give up with shame on them. He would explain you like there is no furniture seller like his. But ended up with terrified experience.

I had a horrible and torrid experience with Poonam Furniture.I booked a sofa with them at Palace grounds furniture fair, they committed of 3 weeks delivery. Finally i was so frustated since sofa was not ready even after 2 months that i had to cancel it.Problem is everyone in Poonam furniture from the owner to sofa maker to delivery boy will make u feel as if they are more busy than even Modi or Trump. So better dont regret getting in touch with them at all and be happy.

Please avoid any purchase from this store. Very poor quality and they dont adhere to timelines. Fit and finish is not up to the mark. The owner of this place tries to charm customers with his sweet talk and boasts about his business, but the reality is otherwise. If there are any issues with the furniture then they dont give a damn. They will promise that they will come and fix it, but you would never hear back from them. I was promised 2 pillows on the purchase of a mattress, but they lied and never gave it, saying there is none in the stock.PLEASE AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Worst service ever!!! Though the furniture was delivered before the due date, finishing and making was very poor. The color of the coffee-table was entirely different from what was ordered. Finishing of the cot was awful. The person sent for making the corrections absconded leaving the stuffs in house after first visit. Had to make multiples calls and no response was given by the owner as well.

Very BAD experience my client is being fooled from December 2019 wich was scheduled for his house warming, for a sofa delivery being ordred at Goa exibition in September 2019 till date no news every time we phone we receive a fake date with Ill call you back sir, will suggest all TO BE VERY CAREFULL while dealing with POONAM FURNITURE, BENGALURU

Just a word of advice for people who are thinking of buying from here, their final product may not be bad, but they have absolutely no sense or delivery timelines.We ordered our sofa set in Aug 2018, and it is not yet delivered until October. They have all kinds of weird excuses and talk very rudely once the order is placed and advance is paid.What we believe happened in our case was that the sofa we custom ordered was probably sold to another customer who may have seen it at the shop and they told us all kinds of excuses that the item was still at factory.In case you wish to order from here, please take care not to pay advance and make them commit for a date. There in no sync between management, sales and factory workers.. dont believe on their words..They have delayed delivery again 5th time.Better to double check shop paymrnt receipt, usually they doesnt give correct bill. Bill copy doesnt have shop name, tin no, detailed description of product, authorized signature.

It is undoubtfully a Must-go shop if you are extremely interested to pay the amount and wait for three times of the committed timelines.. call them multiple times.. visit them multiple times.. with stand all lame excuses and impolite & irresponsible behavior of staff members.. watch awesome blame game...They do not give the bill/receipt with the name of Poonam Furniture. They issue a bill without any name on it. You cannot go to Consumer Court with such a vague receipt. Be aware !!!It took solid 15 days for them to deliver an iron rack after all (which is easily available in the market). The committed time was 5 days. You can guess the delivery time of other products.. None of my above comments is an exaggerated version.

Upto you pay an advance amount for an item, they (Poonam furniture) will talk so nicely. Once you pay the advance amount, you would not get any response from them. My suggestion is that you can buy an item if it is available; if not there, please do not pay any advance. I have lost my advance amount paid.Very poor response.Price also more compared to other shops.

We had a horrible experience with them. The delivery was given 4 months after the order was placed and the wrong product was delivered, when we were promised to get the delivery within a week. when finally the bed was delivered they could not fit the bed and give us as there was no proper drilling which was provided. Even if we chase we get unprofessional replies. Very Disappointed..

Not option here to give negative rating.Master in delaying the product delivery. proposed 20days delivery time.will tell stories even after 2 months. They take inputs for customisations but after 20 days again they ask to tell them the modifications. I bought my dinning table with glass surface on top and while purchasing i was given assurance as most of the sales person do. Any damage or defect will be taken care asap. Worst experience in poonam furnitures. . We have ordered cot in 12th Jan Still they havent prepared cot and also they are telling they have sold order cot to some one. And after 1 week they told to come and collect the cot. But what ever I have order cot and delivered cot is different. .Dont choose poonam furitutes for any productEven owner is speaking unprofessional language.They dont have commencence ..I would like to rate negative. But option is not there .

We purchased dinning table and sofa from Poonam furniture a yr ago which costed us more than a lakh. We noticed craks on the chairs of the Dinning table. We asked him to fix it,he took one yr to take it. Now, he s taking his sweet time to return my dinning table. We are fed up of following up with him. Every time he has some standard answer. Plz do not buy any product with him. Horrible service n unprofessional behavior. We are repenting for investing so much in his product.

Please dont buy in this shop. They will make fake promises and the sales person is too aggressive and they will not respond properly for your questions once the order is placed. The worst behaving staff I have seen in a while, items are overpriced which doesnt make any sense and goes up all the way till you find it absurd, super delayed delivery, no knowledgeable staff, item was faulty in no time after delivery, I do doubt that they show you different and deliver a worst quality item. Try neeladri main road if you are around electronic city to escape from these folks.

We bought one sofa and teapoi from TV 9 auto expo from Poonams furniture house. The product is damaged and we called several times for service but we did not get any response. Such a poor quality products they are selling. We spent 55000 on this and really disappointed on the purchase and I am going to write an email for the damaged product to TV 9 as well on the same.

They take lot of time to even make a single cart bed. I ordered it on 18th March, 2018 they told they will deliver it within 15 days. I asked them to put teakwood colour to the furniture and give round legs like a ethnic one. I payed 75% of the cost in advance. They first delayed it by another 2 days. I thought this is usual in this country. So after 17 days they called me on one fine day. I was curious to see the final product. OMG! What I saw was the worst a dealer can do after 2+ days. A furniture with walnut colour and rectangular shape legs. I wonder whether this is what I asked. Come on who will not be furious to see this. They told they will give me what I asked within 3 days. Now it is more than a week. Now I wonder when they will call and when will I receive it. Lets see whether it is a surprise or a shock! I wish to get it atleast before 18th April, 2018. Please!
