Firstly there is no parking provisions by thr establishment. You need to park afar and walk.Secondly, and most importantly, whats the point of visiting a furniture studio where the staff shows you the furniture in the online website?? Yes, I went into thr store expecting to see some furniture, and they had maybe 4-5 random furniture items. But the facepalm moment was when they started to show me their furniture in their display from their website. Whats the point ? I could have done it at home !!

They have nothing much in store. The person at the store ended up showing us things on their website, which you could do from anywhere.

The store is just an office providing for online browsing of their products. Due to Covid-19 situation, none of their products are physically displayed. They have a desktop computer which may be used to look at their products online. A word of caution - there is no parking space available in front of the store. You need to find a parking slot in one of the side streets.

Its a empty store, nothing on display.. they insist u need to see the product either in their app or website. Dont know why this company has opened a showroom in a prime location in first place

Had a worst experience with the company and staff (Rahul), they dont deliver the product even month after booking, staff doesnt even both about the customer complaint. Never buy products from pepperfry
