I would give all the above points for dissatisfaction for this product. First of all, I would like to inform that I’m not jobless to write such a big review. It is my pain which I’m suffering after spending 11K so don’t want anybody else to undergo the same pain.The product arrived after almost a month from placing the order and they said that it’s due to lockdown issue. That is acceptable. But at least while taking order they must not give false commitments in the confirmation mails. Ok leave that now consider the product delivered. And the sales head they say, his name is Manoj he is so rude and best example for worst service after sales (Manoj pace you can see this persons number everywhere on the site and you can also see his own comments in the google review section(now removed) as well, this is their perfection) he says I’m not into service I can’t handle your questions, etc.After getting the product I found the issue that the chair is not sturdy enough. When I used it, it was like leaning in front and caused discomfort for working. But when I checked with them, there was so bad response from Mr. Manoj. So I tried fetching multiple mail id’s and started mailing them but no response.Then I got fed up and left. Then after 2 weeks there is a back rest option and that got broke. When I called that Manoj he said like “what should I do for that? It’s not my job you contact my technician or you will get a call back from technician”. Is this the way to answer a customer??Then finally there was a response from person called Anu and she helped with replacement of the product and now in another 1 week even this chair is broken in the same place. Then imagine their quality guys. Will I be able to again chase them ?? Their technician is not even reachable and if we reach luckily he will say I’ll check with Manoj SIR and come back but that day will never come back unless and until you chase back to them again and again. You pls suggest the rest people..
