Anyone planning to buy flat in stilt floor if Nisarga Sarovar Apartments please check the approved plan with Anekal Planning Authority. 290 flats constructed against approved 232 flats.

They are another name of fraud .... All they know is to cheat hear working people money by illegal construction and double registration and so many apartments are being seized by banks . Most untrustworthy builer you can find in Bangalore.....

A fradulant builder, trapping innocent customer by offering false promises. Many a people suffering after investing their life-savings. People are cursing this man Krishna for cheating. He is thriving eating others money. He is answerable for all the sins.

Mr R Krishna of Nisarga Builders is full of fraud, in Nisarga Gateway project.1) He has delayed a project by more than 3 years but not ready to compensate ( though only 1 Rs per Sq ft he has written )He says if I delay in one payment also he is not liable to pay compensation.2) He had promised to have a swimming pool which he has not constructed.3) There were supposed to be 196 flats now he has constructed 236 nos 40 flats extra illegally in the stilt floor and selling them.
