Terrible customer service ! I’d tried reaching a couple of times and the call was picked up by a lady who said she would call back considering she is in an “important meeting “ and didn’t bother to ! Absolutely disappointed! Was following their Instagram page very diligently but am taken aback by their callous attitude.

We ordered a sofa from them. In the final output both color and design were changed. If we are asking to replace or give back our money they told they would deduct 25% of money.. finally we had to resell to some one else ..

Absolute disaster!!I had ordered a factory cut modular kitchen from magari. Almost 6L+.- 100% payment upfront. Absolutely no leverage for the customer.- bad workmanship- terrible customer handling- timelines never kept (45 days work finished in 180days)- very unusable design and fittings- all work subcontracted and washing off responsibility---------------It was a 45 day SLA, 3 days on site fixing. I paid up on Jan 2020, the delivery happened in March end. Fitting took over 10 days. And half the design was either wrong or unusable at many places (top drawer had 8cm height!!) or really really bad workmanship. Some accessories broken or fitted with too much gaps. After a lot of debate and fight and even talking to founders they agreed to fix some obvious ones, but even after 3 - 4 months from last interaction I am discovering lot of corners cut (broken or defective accessories glued or taped or wired etc)Overall kitchen is ruined and magari has not even compensated or even given a word of apology.STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST CUSTOM WORK FROM MAGARI.

Initial experienceJust after moving back from abroad, I was told of Magari by some friends. I ordered curtains, (little over a couple of years ago) because my wife liked the fabric designs that they stocked. Unlike a lot of other furnishing showrooms in Bangalore, these guys had a vast collection and staff that tirelessly worked with us for a few days showing us different selections depending on our inputs. This process required a lot of coordination between my wife and I, and one of theirs, Isadora. She patiently catered to every one of our queries.I expected to get delivery much later than what was agreed but I was pleasantly surprised to get a call a few days before the due date and was informed the product is in transit and will reach in 2-3 days. The delivery was impressive, excellent packaging, a professional delivery team with an experienced supervisor who overlooked the entire installation. Overall I had a very positive experience - These guys are genuine, have good designs and great products. Although their furniture may not be for general public, this is the place one must visit for customization.After initial experience, I trusted the store for quality and bought some loose furniture in a similar manner. All Top Notch products.Post installation, I also asked the delivery manager about what the follow up service would be like if there are problems or issues that may arise and he gave me his assurance of good support from service staff. The staff explained how each unit should be taken care of for longer product life.Any uneasy feeling of how after sales service would be in India, was laid to restCurrent experience: 2019While setting up a new house, I remembered how pleasant it was dealing with the staff at Magari that I went back to them and specifically requested for Isadora to service our queries once again. We came to understand that she is still with the company and would oblige to our special request.After my second dealing with them, I am not only happy with their customer service but I find it inspiring that such gems do exist here in this city.If I have to recommend Indian stores that provide world-class customer experience, Magari will be among my first choices.I would like to see them maintain such standards and succeed tremendously.
