I had a great experience in this showroom. it has multiple stuff of Kitchen including Chimney and very beautifully arranged. Specially thanks to Yashaswini who gave us very detailed information. It has so polite staff.

The KAFF BTM showroom is really good showroom for kitchen appliances I took one hob from there,and staff people are very familiar with us and yes there is a nice car parking also.

Experience started as a 5 star rating, which ended with a 1 star.Services taken:1. Interiors2. Chimney3. HobInteriors process:Very prompt with design, very reasonable budget and good range of options for lamination.The good:Payment information given upfront and promptly. Carpenters were extremely professional, timely and the work was good.The bad:Cleaning (which includes removal of stickers from the wood and dust cleaning) is inclusive of the interior process. The cleaning was extremely disappointing, and highly unprofessionally done.1. The cleaning agent brought a blade to remove the stickers. We were lucky that the blade didnt result in scratches on the wood.2. Damaged the paint on the adjacent walls.3. Did not own up to their mistake.4. I asked the cleaning agent to leave (work was half done, which was also not up to the mark). The company did not offer to redo the cleaning until probed, nor did they ask for the experience when I sent the person half way through.Chimney experience:The good:Good options and varied range for budget.The bad:I booked a Chimney approximately 6 months before the interior process. When it was time for the installation1. The product comes with a 5 feet pipe. They said an extra length of pipe will be needed which will cost Rs.1800 extra (which they did not inform at the time of the purchase). Even after the interior process was done, not once did they choose to inform. Only on the day of delivery was when they sent the pipe saying you will need a total 10 feet pipe. Mind you, the same guys did the interiors, so they would have already known. The problem is not paying extra for the pipe. The problem is the fact that despite having the interiors and the purchase done from the same store, I had to hear it on the day of delivery that I have to pay 1800 extra for an additional exhaust pipe. It is only fair to assume that these problems would not happen, given the vendor is the same.2. They sent a 5.5 inch pipe. Our builder has given a 5 inch hole for the Chimney. They took extra money for the wall adjustment. Again, same people worked on the interiors, so they would have already known. If there was no 5 inch option available, it is only fair to have been informed about the same.3. The chimney comes with a metal component, which is used to cover part of the exhaust pipe. This metal component was bigger than the space left by the interior work. When asked about why the measurements were not taken correctly, I was told how are we supposed to know about the size of the metal component? Mind you, the person I spoke to is the same person who I spoke to while booking the chimney and for the interiors as well. Thanks to the engineer who came to fit the chimney, we were able to work around it, for which however, I had to pay an extra 250.Hob experience:The good:Good options and varied range for budget.

We bought KAFF 4 burner job. It was commissioned on June 16, 2021 by your service technician. From first day one job does not light up automatically. Someone came and said some wire has to be replaced. Till August 30, 2021 nothing has been done. This is poor service for a premium product. Calls to Danish have been answered politely but no action take

Multiple Sample piece available at the store to have better understanding of the product. Executive is very much customer friendly. Clean and well arranged showroom.

The store has latest models on display. Ms Ashwini was able explain in detail about products and features. The price is very competitive compared to other KAFF stores. Good store if you are looking for KAFF products

Visited today and had a look at all the hobs and chimneys available. They have a very good stock of 3,4 burner and chimneys of various variety.After having a look at all, we selected FBB 603 as hob which is full brass burners and Vasco DHC 75 chimney.Had a very positive experience at the store.Manager and the attendee are very helpful and supportive and provided great offer also. Thumbs up 👍

Got a new wine cooler for the new house by KAFF model no KWC-62. It does a brilliant job in keeping the bottles at a desired temperature. It looks gorgeous with large wooden shelves and a glass door with stainless steel frame. I am pretty happy with the product and service provided by KAFF.

Please note that all the good reviews are only about the store and sales experience. The chimney stopped working less than 10 months after installation. Absolutely hopeless customer service, no technician has showed up even after repeated calls over two months. Would not recommend.

The FBB 604 by KAFF is a great cooking hob. Its bevelled black tempered glass makes it look really elegant. The build quality is also sturdy.

I installed Kaffs chimney some time back in my kitchen and I must tell you that it has really made cooking easier in the kitchen. They have really good suction, so my kitchen is smoke-free always. And unlike most chimneys I have used in the past, it is really easy to clean. Really great product!

Honestly, KAFF has the best after sales service and the products are built to last. The quality is amazing and the style factor is also kept in mind while making them.

Great store!! has most of the KAFF models and store owner has decent knowledge on all the chimneys and Hobbs that are available. The whole showroom is well maintained, neat and clean. Store also provide kitchen and wardrobe modelling services. There is no parking available. They have discounts time to time.

I was in the need of chimney and my cousin recommended me Nobelo DHC 60. I bought it on her word and there has not been a problem ever since. It makes pretty less noise as compared to my earlier chimney. I whole heartedly recommend Kaff to everyone.
