I got iron grills installed on the windows through them. They seemed to just outsourced it to some novice vendor. They grills measurements were wrong. They force fitted the grills damanging the windows.Very pathetic work. Please avoid them.

This is a goon company.. I have given contract to another company and in turn Gappon was sub contracted. These guys has no skilled people. No accuracy, precision and quality. I never recommend these. Keep away from them.

Am manger at south cult I called Mr. Tejas for a help because his technician was doing wrong work but his behaviors are very bad and rude stating that I am manager and all his started to blast me I know i will take care like that before cult maintenance from Shankar very Good after contract change now days becoming very bad. worthless Mr Tej not no anything

Very bad experience. It seems the quality has degraded over time. I asked for a window repair job. The carpenter came and checked and gave me a quotation promising to give the final quotation next day. However his phone was switched off and was not reachable, when I called Gapoon they said they will update me by end of day. But as expected, didnt call back and no update. Pathetic!

Booked through app, it was a total breeze. Checked out website too, clean UI and well structured. The pricing was transparent and displayed upfront. Availed many services, satisfied with all. Brilliant customer care was an added bonus.

Absolutely pathetic. They say they get rid of rats and pests but theyre just scammers. And when you dont make a payment they harass you to make the payments. Absolutely freaking pathetic. I absolutely dont recommend using any services from this company.

The App really friendly and under one umbrella it provides most the possibles services which you would possibly aim for. The location services could be a bit better which I would provide as a feedback but otherwise this a great app to for household works.

I was vendor for this company i have done business of almost 35000 pest control and cleaning service they said they will make the payment after one month they are telling u have not provided the quality service so we are not paying the money very bad attitude and they dont know value of the our employes and enerrgy and expences and person whom i met in this company he work is to run from company to company i hope company Ceo will see this and improve the things i request u not to cheat the vendors

I have used gapoon twice once for plumbing and once for electric work, very good experience. Both the plumber and electrician sent were well trained both professionally and behavior wise.

Very unprofessional. Did not come in the time as promised, and kept trying to move the dates and time. They did not do a good job - I used their pest control services and even after their job, cockroaches keeps coming out into the house. I will not recommend this group.

I needed some electrical new wiring in my home and was looking for an Electrician. It was surprising that 4-5 of them didnt turn up after promising a time. Looked like no one wants extra income in India. Why searching over the net, I came across gapoon site and just filled the enquiry for without any expectation. To my surprise just after 30 minutes a representative from the gapoon (Prabhakar) called me and scheduled a time for very next day. On time another Electrician (Kishore) came and to satisfaction he completed the work including procurement of material in three hour. The charge was very reasonable. I am fully satisfied and strongly recommend everyone to use Gapoon service.

No sense of responsibility. The founder is an idiot. Fixed a pipe in my washing machine which opened even before the first wash was competed. I removed the top to see the callous nature of the work. No clips or Tighteners used. Just randomly stuffed a rubber pipe in the incoming outlet. Worst service ever. Sucks
