I have visited all four floors.In Ground floor different sofa sets are available.In first floor office work station are available.In second floor sofa sets and dinning table sets and different types of chairs available.In third floor office chair, push back chairs and study table, different types of sitting chairs are available. In fourth floor outdoor chairs and tables,garden and roof top swing are available.All over collections are good. Product are good but if your budget is above 10k then the place is for you.

Customer service at the place was good. I bought 2 expensive chairs from Featherlite in 2020, same model. In less than a year, both me and my son started experiencing discomfort. After a few weeks I realized that the seat was actually broken. I called up the Featherlite store and talked to them about it. They mentioned they know about a problem with that particular model.I would expect Featherlite to proactively call all their customers and inform them about it. Very poor customer relations

Got my new chair for online classes. I was satisfied with the product here. The salesman recommends suitable chair for different people ranging from school students to people working from home, also there are chairs for people suffering from back pain.Ps: It is really important to invest in things that you spend most of your time on, i.e. bed, shoes, chairs etc. to increase your productivity while staying healthy.

Had a good shopping experience. They had a large area with office chair models to try out with sufficient space for social distancing. Prem was the salesman. He patiently explained features and helped me select a chair that was comfortable for me.

This review is for the salesman.I was looking for a model Anatom HB which was cost effective and I already own one, needed a second piece. So I visited this showroom, the salesman was arrogant at his best. When I told him that I was looking for a particular model he led me to few other models like Enzo and Opus which were significantly more expensive. When I insisted he asked me to either take what is available now or come back a month later. When enquired about any offers available, he asked what company I was from. On hearing my company name, he said We give offers only to big companies, I have not heard about your company at all and pointed out to the MRP and said take it or leave it. By this time the store manager walked in and I started the conversation with him, he was very pleasant and polite and mentioned that he is expecting a stock of 30 chairs tomorrow so and asked me to call him in the afternoon to confirm availability. On top of it he gave me 10% discount as it was mentioned in the website. I bought what I was looking for within the budget. I am not sure if the salesman was experimenting his sales lessons and see if someone will buy. Arrogance during sellers market is a bad publicity even for Rolls Royce.

Great choices for office furniture including office chairs. Staff is friendly and helpful. Featherlite sells online too but nothing else can give you a chair’s comfort feedback than trying it out. For me, they had the chair in stock and gave the option of immediately assembling or carry in a box. The box had the manual and tools required nicely packaged.If you are getting here in a car, finding parking could be a challenge.

I feel its too costly. Ergonomic chair price range starts from 8k. Bought a chair for ~12k, should see if its really worth the price. Sales person is rude, he wont say price when asked, instead hell ask to check the tag and many more. Visited this place twice to buy a chair, but the staff was so unprofessional that they judge you on the basis of your clothes and looks, they will not at all attend you if you went there in a very simple clothes and until you dont look Hrithik Rohan or a hero, since they were not attending us so I thought to ask them only about the chair ( since its my need end of the day), but the answer was so rude and they tried to ignored us. Didnt mind us taking some extra time to come to a decision.. And even let us try the chair on an adjustable table so that we could get a feel for what it would be like.The chair is comfy and good. Bought a Liberate office chair on 29-May-20. Within 3 days, the multi locking stopped working. Abbas/Ahmed keep telling that they are busy delivering existing orders and their promises to take care of our problem is postponed every day. I am surprised that the quality and service of Featherlite is pathetic!!!

Worthful visit

Their delivery – if they don’t have a chair in stock, is HIGHLY messed up – been waiting for 3 weeks for a chair they said would arrive in 3 days !!! and the worst part is, you have to pay 100% during ordering itself – so there is no motivation for them now to provide a timely response.Disappointed by their total lack of professionalism - they didnt even care to update once despite my repeated calls on status.

No staff present to attend. We underatand that due to covid-19 no showrooms are running with minimal staffs but atleast ine staff is expected per floor. We were attended by none..we waited for 20 mins and had no choice other than to leave. Add on they do not have a collection as such..you get better options online.

I went to buy a Featherlite Astro Medium Back Desk Arm Chair. They are giving me a used chair by telling that its new one. When I asked where is the chair covers, they are telling this chair does not come with covers as it is manufactured locally. Featherlite is a good brand. I have been using Featherlite chairs for more then 5 years for my office. These people spoiling the brand name.
