Absolutely Fraud Store. As you see other reviews, they are only interested to make a sale with fake promises and not fulfill them.Not only this their store names keeps changing from Furniture Mall to Furniture Looks in 2 days time with no notice to customers. Most customers become victim of paying advance and not getting product as per satisfaction or most time it is very difficult to reach out to them or make a refund.Bill has a name name Armaan Furniture, Shop Name was Furniture Mall and Now it is names as Furniture Looks. God knows how can bill and shop name change. The envelope has a name and bill has a different name.Please find other places if you do not want to be victim of fraud. Trust the ratings not only in Google Reviews but other websites as well. Stay Aware and Make others Aware.

I had visited the store to purchase a sofa. There was a lady who was polite and offered low price, 5 years warranty and quick delivery. I asked her 1 day time to think and finalize the product because I felt something is not right. Then she started to show her real face by demanding me to pay the advance. Very unprofessional and thank god I didnt buy sofa from them. Dont believe their fake promises.

Cheaters and liers ... Extremely poor quality. Earlier the name was Furniture Mall for the same store. Due to too many negative reviews they made it F M Furniture. But changing the name would not change the fate. They use engineering wood but they say wood while taking the order.You will regret forever if you buy from here.

PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP.What they put in display is totally different from what they will deliver. The furniture on display are of import quality and good. Based on this you will choose what you like. But after taking the order, the final product will be of worst quality and you could easily make out the difference. Secondly, if you still go ahead to take the product(which you might do as they will not refund any advance paid) it will be your biggest financial mistake as the furniture will not last more than 1 week, if lucky then 1-2 months. Mind you, they will never come for warranty.

Please don’t visit this store. One of the worst store I have ever seen. He will talk as a professional but don’t go with his talks. Don’t even dare to visit the store and he is very very unprofessional. He will not even take ur calls when it comes to repair or something else. He will just say 5 years warranty. Don’t trust him. If u dont want to waste money and need peaceful mind pls avoid this shop. These guys dont even deserve a single star.They will quote very reasonable price but the products they sell are not even worth that. First you have to struggle getting delivery of the product. Though they promise five year warranty but to avail that you will will have to call and visit them so many times that you start feeling like throwing their product out of your home in garbage but BBMP doesnt allow that :-)I bought a sofa which they sent with termite infested wood. Within few months it broke. And then the struggle began to avail warranty. Their usual excuses’Sir today the worker is on holiday’, ‘transport person has not come’, ‘the person whom you spoke left job(u will see that person next time u visit shop)’, etc etc.I finally got it repaired after a struggle of four months. On top of this I had to spend money termite treatment done at my house.I heard they have opened another showroom as well with different name, pls visit mouthshut for details.

They dont deserve to be in the field of furniture service, I havent seen such bad quality furniture products that they sale. They talk nice with you when you visit the shop and till you pay them after that delivery will take at least week more than the promise date they dont give any service once the product is delivered no responsibility.Advice to customers: there are many good showroom near here avide this place.They dont deserve any star but to review I have to give 1 as it wont accept the review.

Biggest Fraud. while you order they will be very polite and say we will deliver it in 2-3 days, later you have to keep calling them for delivery, you have to run behind them. product delivered will be very poor quality. defective piece . but they want full money. salesman will talk very nicely, later everyday they will say we will deliver it tommo. owner doesnt have a sense of talking. extra charges gets added when delivered.worst place and experience. if you experience hell, go to this shop.

1 year back take sofa and have given 5yrs warranty but they wont. they only make you chutia and fool.come tomorrow day after tomorrow cheater shopkeeper I will suggest you go for other showroom.

I purchased sofa worth 18k from this shop. Definitely I was imprsessed by the skill of the sales person and was impressed by the low cost of the furniture and contemporary design. At the time of purchase, they mentioned clearly that they will provide 5 year Free service warranty. After 3.5 years, the cushion has clearly sagged and the wooden frame has also become fragile. When I talked to Mr. Hashmath (the proprietor), his response was far from polite. He said Its warranty and not guarantee and I should better be happy that I used it for 3.5 yrs. If I need to repair it, I have to pay him for the logistics as well for the service. When more questions were asked, he started becoming abusive and disconnected the phone. I would never visit this shop again, nor will I recommend this to anyone.

Very fraud shop. While buying they said delivery with labour is free. After delivery they asked for 1200 rupees. The delivery guy was very rude and fought for extra money.

I ordered a customized L-Shape sofa with them. They commited 5 days delivery but the sales contact person went not reachable after placing order and advance payment.After several follow ups (phone and in-person), they managed to deliver my product on the 7th day, which I believe is still decent compared to other furniture shops who take at least 3-4 weeks. The end product is designed perfectly as specified by us, with a glitch of assembling type. Horrible service.Once you pay the advance, they promise to deliver within 2 days, but when you call them even after the due date, Sir q tension lete ho aajayega. just think what kind of service they have.The price is quoted including delivery, but when they deliver they will ask extra money. totally unethical.The sofa which I bought internal wood didnt even sustain for 1 year.When I called him he says the service is free you need to pay 2000 for transport. now my house is only 1 km from the shop still ask for 2000 rupees.You will lose your money and peace of mind if you deal with them.

They are all frauds and liers including owner. Worst experience in my life. They took over 6 months to refund the my advance. That too only after i complained and took the police to showroom. They are completely unprofessional. Never ever visit this showroom.

Very poor customer service and product. Sofa got torn within one month of delivery and they never bothered to repair it even after 3 months in spite of visiting their store every weekend. No knowledge of furniture making.Actually they dont make anything, they gets furniture from some local factory and sell.There is huge difference in quality between the showroom furniture they deliver.They committed everything and wont deliver anything as agreed.They call to ask the fabric colour on the day of delivery and make a mess of everything.Later, they balmed us for all of their faults and make us to pay more for the correction.Demanded more money for delivery than agreed and that is also after delivering the product by rude delivery boys.

Last option!! ill mannered staff , i had paid them an advance to dismantle my kitchen cabinet which I had originally bought from this place , Mr . Rafiq from the showroom charged me 1500 rupees for this, and his person never turned up and when I asked him to return my advance that I paid he made me run for it for three days . The shop staff made fun of me as a woman and I felt deeply hurt with their attitude.Please do not visit this shop!P.S - i got the work done for 700 rupees.

These cheaters will speak with sugar coated words then promise delivery will be next day, even you call them after a month for delivery they will repeat the same words saying that they’ll deliver next day. Finally I got my sofa after a month. After a week the sofa cushions has become unshaped. Now I’m calling them for repair, phone’s incoming calls barred. I’m calling their mobile numbers as usual they are not picking.

I request please dont get trapped with this fraud.They dont respond to calls after taking the advance money. In my case I paid the advance and booked on 17 Apr 2016. They neither deliver the product nor they are ready to return the advance money.

They WILL cheat you. They will commit to things like next day delivery and then will not answer the phone for the weeks that follow. I had to take my own transport and pick up the item because they couldnt coordinate the delivery and Fairoz (sales guy) will lie to you to the very end saying he has a family emergency and hence didnt answer. Now they are refusing to refund my advance paid after they took 2 weeks to respond to a call and i finally cancelled the order.

Worst ppl....they are running their business cheating the customers.
