I bought a marble top dining table from the Whitefield store of Dash Square. Very satisfied with the product, delivery and their after service. We got some mismatching chairs in the first drop, but when I informed about the same to Mr.Deepak Arasikere who catered to me, he was very swift in arranging for replacing the incorrect chairs with the right ones in less than 24hrs. So, overall a good and satisfying experience.

Purchased Ashley recliner sofa from this store. Deepak was very courteous and helpful throughout. Our chosen product was unavailable on display hence we had to visit their warehouse next day, Deepak gave us a warm welcome and after showing the product got it delivered the same day as promised.Totally satisfied with the product and sales experience so far.

We had a very good experience buying furniture (chaise furniture and a matching 2 seater fabric sofa) especially considering the lockdown. Everything was coordinated through WhatsApp with all the details of the models photographs etc shared. Mr Rohan was very helpful and he was able provide all the information on time. They also added in an additional lockdown discount to make the purchase sweeter. The delivery was on time and the product was delivered as promised. I have been to Whitefield store multiple times. The collection & variety is really very good. Staff is knowledgeable and quite professional. I bought lot of stuff during last year including leather Sofa, Italian Marble Dining table, Center Table, Recliner, Balcony Chairs & table etc..Other than furniture they have unique collection of Home decor items. I bought one painting too.Its a bit on expensive side but worth the value. I would recommend this store if you are looking for different experience.

Nice collection and good quality products

On seeing good reviews on Google, we went to dash square Whitefield looking for a sofa. We liked a 3+2 sofa. Sales person told that if you want different colour, it will take 6 months otherwise a new sofa of same colour is available in our warehouse, moreover display piece is also on sale at discounted price. Display piece was dirty and one of the seat was having problem as flexible seating was not working properly. We told them to send the same colour new sofa and paid full price.They delivered the sofa in 2-3 days. On seeing this we immediately figured out that its same dirty display piece sofa. Sales person didnt admit. Then we tried the same seat and it was having the same issue. We returned the sofa immediately. Then manger called us and tried hard to sell us the same sofa. We said we will come to your store house to check the display piece. He said its already sold sir. We told manager why did you cheat and sent floor piece. He didnt admit about cheating but admitted that both sofas have the problem. Manager got caught in his own lies. I said even if its new sofa you are saying it also has problems then why will I buy this sofa. I asked manager to return my Rs310k immediately. It took them more than a week to return my money.These people will lie, cheat and do anything to sell sofas without thinking about customer. Ill strongly suggest to avoid them. Id have given them negative stars if it was possible.

Worst after sales services. Had purchased recliner sofa 3 yrs ago. I faced issue with the recliner cable and took 6 months to get resolved after repeated follow up with HO. Now again have some issue with the same recliner and no response for the same from since a month. A big NO to Dashsquare Whitefield due to the very poor after sale service. We dont get their spares anywhere around too.
