We were looking for motorized recliners with single / double seats. They had neither. But the salesperson there was courteous enough to call up few other braches and let us know the model that they can customize for us. But since, seeing is better than imagining, we came back. But they had quite a few choices of furniture.

The delivery of the products is always delayed even though the payment is sought upfront. When the product finally got delivered both the products were damaged. And had to be returned. This again delayed the process. When finally the damaged product was replaced, another part of the furniture got damaged. The assemblers are not diligent. One has to be very observant to avoid any mistakes.In terms of variety , not much even in hot selling categories like office furniture.And finally the 3 storey building does not have lifts. Its really painful to make to and fro to chose the furnitures. Overall a bad experience.Brand is just built by marketing efforts.

Excellent furniture showroom for our needs in best quality best price and best service

Approach road is very bad. We have to climb 3 floors. Aged people it is very difficult. Staff are good.

I had bought an office table and chair from the Banaswadi showroom. The quality is excellent. There was a minor issue in the reclining mechanism spring. When it was reported, they promptly replaced the entire mechanism under warranty and now its working perfectly fine.

Very badly managed store. Collection is okay, nothing great to expect. Sales staff wasnt too courteous. And please make an elevator. You cannot have elderly people climb up 3 steep floors. Not at all happy with the experience yesterday

We bought a leather sofa which they said its a genuine leather ..In one year time the color of the sofa started to fade in few areas. We complained and still no response .we got it for one lakh and not sure how a genuine leather will discolor. Highly I dont recommend Damro .

There delivery service is vary bad. I order bed drawer and after 1Month they delivered the product after many followup. In that they delivered the half product. Still after I am doing many follow up to get the product. But of no use. I will recommend not to purchase the product from damro even it is not or bad doesnot matter.

Store is on the service road and is easy to locate. Quality of furniture is good. Lots of choices available. But not happy with the service. They asked me to look for furniture on my own. No one to assist. Nobody was present in the entire floor. No provision for lift too.

Damro is a good brand. But, the showroom is not big. You may be lucky and get what you want. There is no proper ventilation in 3 floor showroom. No lift service. In summer, you cant stay there without AC.

Hopeless service and lot of miscommunication no one to help with the service after the purchase of the furniture.. pethic service.. after one month of follow up no one to help for the service.. not to visit such store.. not worth buying.. poor they are not fit for one star rating... Best products. Superb delivery and service. Time and again I try other places but finally we land in Damro only.Best thing is delivery and fitting happens at same time.Though price looks a bit high quality justifies it.I never need to follow them for delivery. They inform one day in advance and always stick to timelines.I called them for relocation and their service is highly commendable.

No customer service ...Went here for buying furniture and the sales person just left in the middle without even asking what we wanted. Luckily we found another shop in hrbr layout and got what we wanted and decided not to shop at damro anymore at all as customer service is zero inspire of 12 to 15 people sitting in the reception area and not making a conscious attempt to ask what the customer wants.

Trying to push display pieces to customer. They have no idea when the next stock will arrive.Salesmen where well behaved. Furniture is of better quality compared to other shop on the same area.

Dont think of buying anything from this showroom. They have delayed delivery of a coffee table that I purchased for about a month. First they tried to deliver a damaged product. After confronting, they told that will deliver the product next week. The same happened for 3 times. Now they are saying container didnt reach after failing to deliver today. Horrible experience with this showroom and their staffs. Refrain from purchasing any furniture from this showroom otherwise ready to get awful experience.

I bought a queen size bed worth 11k and the bed was is good condition. To assemble, the service charges were 500. When I had to relocate, the person charges me a price of 800 for dissemble and reassemble. I have to pay a price of 800-1000 bucks everytime I relocate. I asked them if I can sell the bed and they say that is not possible either with them.Going for a good brand, turned out to be a liability. Thank you damro.

Damro has a reasonably good collection of furniture at reasonable prices. Some products were impressive. Some solid wood and some sofa sets.

Many varieties of furniture with good price and offers. I bought recliner set 3+1+1 and a table for my microwave. This table is heavy with good quality of wood.

Located on multiple floors for various furniture, this place boasts of upto 60 per cent discount. The truth is there are only a couple of furniture, old, worn-out ones that carry such discount tags. Not really worth it. There are other better furniture stores in the same road, which has over 40 stores...I didnt quite like the quality too. There is no escalator also. What I did like is that the furniture are kept in top floors in a partition, which resembles our home rooms. This gives us a feel of how the furniture looks like in our own home.Lastly, among the plentiful shops nearby that deal in furniture, the staff here are the most unfriendly, worst types... I didnt even feel like taking a photo of this place, as its really not worth it.

Significantly bstter than most furniture places. People usually respond on time and dont lie to your face. After sales is better than others too. But this is not the place if you are planning to buy sheesham or teak stuff. However their warranty is 3 years on a lot of stuff.

Even one star is more for this outlet. Pathetic service, no value of customer. They are showing some good looking item in display and when i selected one of such item; they told me it is not available and they can provide this item in different colour.When i checked in outlet on billing PC; the item was available. As soon as i asked them about it they started bluffing me. Then i requested them to speak to manager. They gave Mr srinivas number (i doubt he was a manager). He picked my call and told me to discuss with salesman only and said I cant help. I dont know who made him manager . He was not willing to speak to customer. Finally i have not purcahsed anything and came out. It was completely unprofessional behaviour.I used to like damro products but after this incident i will never go to any outlet of damro .As a big brand, damro management should take action agains this kind of unprofessional behaviour.
