You will find better pricing online, but if you want to experience the product, you can opt for the place.The after sale service is bad though, had a concern in the chair bought, and got the most bizzare explanation on it, that all the chairs have that defect, which doesnt make any sense.My recommendation is to go for a place, which gives better after sale service.

Got an optima HB chair recently. Very professional in dealing. After transferring the advance amount the chair was delivered the next day. Pricing wise also its better. Exactly the same chair in featherlite was costing 5K extra.
