Very substandard product. The glasstop of dining table got blasted with in few days and we had a miracle escape. Its very dangerous to buy products from this shop. The cost of dining table was Rs 12000 and refused to exchange with wooden top and owner is saying the Rs 12000 is too less for dining table which is ridiculous. I got a dining table with Rs 7000 before and the dining table dont have any problems till 10 years.The owner Kasim also got a very rude behaviour. Please beware of this shop. Attached is the photo when the glasstop got blasted. They dont even give the proper bill and write in a piece of paper which shows they are also frauding tax from the government and i guess selling furniture without proper license.

Please be very careful while any purchase through cauvery showroom. They sell rubberwood in ne of solid wood. I have purchased bed, sofa and given advance for dining table. They provided poor quality sofa which they took to repair withing 2 months of selling me and tried to give that to me as it was not repairable. They did not refund the money despite having product in warranty and after many visit to their showroom (30 km away from my residence), they agreed upon giving another sofa. They gave me another sofa in high price including my dining table advance and alsobthe sofa delivered was of pathetic quality. The cushion fillers of sofa has sponge filling which is so terrible to see.Its total waste of hard earned money to go in such untrusted places. The owner hass no customer loyalty and his sales person will treat you like God in first instance and the moment you pay advance, they will show their true colours. Pathetic 🥺

Product wise no issue. But delivery experience is not that good. Before paying advance, they told they will deliver the same day. After Paying the advance they told they will deliver next day. But delivered 3 days latter after repeated follow ups and asked for more delivery charges saying that they had to hire big truck for delivery. No price tag on any of the products in the shop. We have to believe them and go with whatever they say. We can bargain with them. So be cautious and buy only if you are ok.

Dont ever go to this shop, They delivered an old Sofa which smelled bad. When I complained they took it back and gave the same piece again without doing anything and charged for delivery. Waste of Time and Money.

Not a pleasent experience after shopping from here. Delivery was delayed over a day. While purchasing they promised would deliver in two hours. Once we pay full amount we have to follow up with them a lot. If you buy anything do not pay the full amount before delivery. Also they do not have any proper billing. Bill is a piece of paper without proper splitup.

The worst experience. Never visit this shop for buying anything. Madhu and his manager are fraud. They never issue bill for any products you buy and they always try to cheat you. Very bad quality materials. Please never take risk by buying anything from this shop.

Customer Service is worst. They sold off our ordered piece to another customer and so got another piece late by 4days that too with a damaged condition. I advise you not to buy from here as they are money minded rather customer orientated.

Worst service and products. People in the shop does not have any kind of manners. Do not know the people who gave 3,4 and 5 ratings. May be they are the shop guys just to give impression that they are good.

Worst items and worst durability for my dinning table. The selling person Ravi is the big cheater and he will tell all lies. Basically it is not wood it is paperwood.

I bought sofa for 33k last july. Very first month stitches started coming out... i called them. After repeated calls they fixed after one month.. same repeated after 3 months...now again stitches coming out.. i am tired of calling them.. I regret for buying sofa in Cauvery Furniture...

Worst service.. don’t belive Madhu from service department and he is a big fraud and he will not give bill for your product.
