Wanted a Broadway style sofa set for my living room, but the dimensions and the colour of the readymade set was not suitable for my requirements. Fortunately, Ahaa Furniture does great customizations while closely sticking to the original style. Was really happy with the final products delivered to us on time! Lot of hidden charges. Extremely disappointed with quality of wood. When it arrives, it looks good because of polish. But after few months, I was truly disappointed. And when asked, you get vague answers.

It was a superb experience right from the showroom where we got to choose our customized design, fabric and wood. During the factory visit we were able to see the raw form of our sofa and finally we got the finished product which was of a premium quality !! Thanks to Abhijith who made the end to end process a smooth one.

Ive been a customer of Ahaa Furniture for the last 4 years. I bought several pieces of custom made wooden (teak) furniture from Ahaa about 4 years ago including couple of sofa sets, dining table/ chair set, couple of console tables, center and side tables and bar stools. I have been extremely happy with these items and more so with the overall relationship. Being someone who has a keen interest and a life long passion for wooden furniture, I have scouted around Bangalore and interacted with several niche and boutique custom furniture firms over the years. I can safely say that Ahaa are the best in the business, not just for the quality of their furniture, but also their deep customer centricity.This customer centric orientation starts from the very top with Abhijit (owner) and includes their store manager (Sridhar) and factory manager (Manjunath). What a great team! All of them have the same great attitude, quality consciousness, dedication and commitment towards achieving the goal of a happy customer.Just one example to illustrate this.The teak dining table that I bought from Ahaa developed a couple of cracks in 2 legs after about 18 months. This can happen at times due to an inadequate curing and drying process in the timber supply chain. With no questions asked, Abhijit arranged for the table to picked up, rectified and delivered back. This issue cropped up again a couple of times over the years, up until the latest incident in Dec 2020. A call to Abhijit was all it took to resolve it. He immediately suggested that we replace the table with a new one of my choice with no extra cost. I just received the new table without having to make another call to him.A special mention to Sridhar and Manjunath as well. They were absolutely outstanding and the process of table selection (with size/ specifications), receipt of order, regular production updates and fixing of delivery slot went as smooth as ever. They even took my current dining chairs and repolished it to match the colour! Great attention to detail.Thank you Ahaa team! Keep up the great job you do every day. Strongly recommend do not buy from this store if you are looking for after sales service. Sweet talker people like Sridhar will never say no. But will not fulfill the promise. We received furniture with cracked woods. They claimed life long service. We are waiting for last six months and no one has visited our place. Every call standard reply tomorrow someone will visit your home.Update as on 06th July, 2020First of all thanks for taking my google review comments seriously and taking action on it promptly.I had to write above comments not as a pleasure but because of no response of several phone calls and personal visits to your shop. Personal visits to your shops were both before and after CoVid lock-down. I wish my complaint was attended promptly first time when it was made (way before the lock-down. If I remember right, it was sometime in the month of January when I made the first phone call).Anyway, all is well that ends well. I have received very good work done on wood problems (hope problems do not recur). I understand damaged wood was replaced and polish was redone. Weve had a wonderful experience with Ahaa. Abhijeet is a great person to be talking with, and he perfectly understands the specific design element in the minds of a customer. He has a fantastic team and together they craft some really superb, high quality, perfectly done furniture. The effort that they put into their workmanship is evidently and abundantly seen in the character of the furniture that comes out, and in the final fit and finish. Absolutely top-class, and gorgeous stuff.

Ahaa! Delivers what they promise. I purchased an oriental bed from them and I haven’t stopped getting compliments for the same. The best part is all the products displayed on the site are actual pics of furniture they have made, so what you see is what you get. To top the bed I have got an excellent mattress from Sunday. In fact, what made me order Sunday, apart from their adherence to European certification standards, is their 100 night’s trial offer. No other mattress brand has this offer. Now, after using the bed and mattress all I can do is give a pat on my back. No kidding!!! I will order more products from both the brands in the near future for sure.

For Solid wood teak furniture this place has a great range. The owner is very nice and he gives ideas and suggestions as well. Seems honest in his interactions and quite transparent. Customisations are allowed. A tad expensive but perhaps the cost of convenience and customisation.They have their own factory where they produce their goods. Intend to update with detailed review after visiting their factory and using their furniture.

I have found quite a lot of variety of models to my liking and pure teak wood. Initially, I thought they were expensive but when I got the wardrobes done which are of plywood, I think buying here is worth it. Because, anything made of plywood and laminate is just 20℅ cheaper and not more than 10-15 yrs life. You get to see the product midway in the making which gives you that extra element of transparency and satisfaction.

Not a professional business man.. Be careful they will cheat you with the type of wood they use. They will display and tell one type of wood and then use another low quality wood to manufacture. They will blame you the customer that you chose the wrong wood. This is not a post from a competitor. I do not want my name to be associated with these cheaters.

This company produces genuin wood furniture in their own facility in Bangalore. Youre allowd to visit the factory even before placing an order. Customers are taken to a guided tour of the store with passion. You get a clear understanding of the products, technology and material used.

Used them twice and my experience with them both times was not too great. For the claims and the price they charge, they are not very professionalThis is not a wrong post, it is a personal experience. Check with Sridhar who interacted with me. I have visited your workshop near PES college on both occasions. Please check thoroughly.
